All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

An immaculate Lodge, set a mile away from anywhere else. Beautifully relaxing in idyllic countryside with walks in the country or into town. Facilities are truly amazing, with use of a lovely outdoor hot tub. Deb & Nick are thoughtful hosts making our stay even better. If you are looking for the perfect relaxing break away from it all this is the place for you.

Roe Deer Lodge is a wonderful retreat in a peaceful setting. We found it a perfect base for our week of visiting Lincoln and the surrounding area. The accommodation is in excellent condition, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The weather was cold but the Lodge cosy at all times. It would be lovely to stay during better weather and sit out on the balcony overlooking the fields, canal and Cathedral. The hot tub looked fantastic but we were too busy to use it! Debbie was a welcoming, generous and helpful host.

Loved every minute of my stay, definitely going back. It's cosy, stylish, modern but more importantly in my opinion, one of the most peaceful and quiet places I've been to.
Debbie was the perfect host, we were met with a warm reception and helped with our bags, anytime we needed her she was just a text away.
Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a break away with their other half.
