This terraced cottage is located in the Yorkshire Dales village of Linton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Rose Cottage is a terraced cottage in the village of Linton near to Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms with ensuites and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Set right in the heart of the Dales, Rose Cottage is a superb holiday home for discovering this magnificent part of the country.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This property is beautiful,immaculately finished and in a great quiet location but close to all amenities in Grassington.It is really too good to be shared !It is 5 star +++.Our dog (as ousrelves )loved the wood burning stove on the frosty nights.
