We have two very high quality apartments in Linz am Rhein equipped with lots of comfort. Our vacation home is a nice place to relax. It is in a quiet location but only 10 minutes to Linz am Rhein. LLinz is directly accessible by train via Cologne and Koblenz., key advantages: high quaility, comfortable, relaxing, 1 large living/family room, , fully equipped kitchen, upgraded interiors, clean, well furnished, spacious design, very comfortable, makes you feel at home, bright and inviting, The unit is conveniently located directly in the center and downtown area of Linz am Rhein, Walking distance into downtown Linz am Rhein is only 5 minutes, Eq...uipment:

* General:The flat has 3 rooms and is on the ground floor and is in a perfect location (south-facing balcony). The apartment is purely non-smoking apartment.

* The entrance: hall with a practical storage space and seating area.

* The kitchen: A modern kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stainless steel cooker hood and hob with cooker), coffee filter for coffee, a Senseo coffee maker, an egg cooker, kettle and a toaster. Everyday necessities like salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets for and filter bags are standard equipment. The cozy dining room table has a bench and 2 chairs.

* The residential area: where you will find a high quality gray leather-upholstered chairs and furniture with perfect seating that blends harmoniously into the overall picture. When fitting 3 or 4 people, the sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed with mattress. The storage box provides convenient storage of bedding during the day. There is a stereo sound system with mp3 support and Blu Ray DVD player. There is a swivelling 102 cm flat-screen TV provides a selectable viewing pleasure.

* The bedroom: The bedroom has a 180cm wide double bed with mattresses. From the bed you have an excellent view of the large screen TV and the outdoor area through the large windows. The 270 cm wide sliding doors wardrobe and two bedside tables offer ample space for your clothes.

* The bathroom: the newly designed bathrooms with walk-shower and a large vanity with plenty of storage space. There is also a hairdryer.

* The partially covered balcony: four high-back chair with cushions and a dining table gives you the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. An electric grill makes for a fun evening barbecuing. The balcony faces south.

* Linen package is included in the rent, which consists of bed linen and a towel and a towel per person.

* No pets are allowed.

The apartment is situated on the hill in a quiet location. The city of Linz is just a few minutes away walking. A shopping center with a bakery is also nearby.

Directions:
Travel by car via the A3: Take the exit to Linz. Follow the signs towards Linz. Take a left after teh Mercedes dealership on the right onto the Grünen Weg. Behind the Stromhäuschen we are the third house.
Via B42: Turn left at the traffic light to Linz. Follow the main road uphill, turn left behind the shopping center and turn left to go to the end Duch then turn left onto the green path. Behind the Stromhäuschen we are the third house.
By train via Cologne and Koblenz: the Linz train station is directly accessible.
