Cottage Profile This large four bedroom, two storey, waterfront cottage is located on the shores of beautiful Miller Lake. This executive cottage comes with all the bells and whistles. The living area occupies two full floors. The upper level contains a large living room with pine paneling, two couches, two armchairs, colour television with DVD Player and stereo with CD player. Large glass windows face the lake. The dining area, which sits adjacent to the living room, contains a seating arrangement for six.. Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. Plenty of counter and cupboard space is provided S...liding glass doors lead from the dining area out onto a large 500 square foot deck which offers a great view of the lake. Half of this deck is open-air and the other half is a screened-in. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors without being bothered by mosquitos. The upper level also contains two bedrooms;a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite two-piece bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. To complete the picture, there is a separate four-piece bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large games room with full-size shuffleboard, card tables and dartboard. There is a bar with six stools and three large windows facing the lake. The ground floor also contains two bedrooms, each of which contains a set of bunk beds. The upper bunk is a single and lower bunk a double bed. The ground floor also contains a sitting area.. The cottage is surrounded by grass-a great play area for kids. The cottage is well-screened from the neighbouring properties by existing tree cover. Near the lake is a large deck containing muskoka chairs. A 30-foot dock extends out into the lake. Water depth is 3-4 feet. There is also a sand play area and swing for the kids' enjoyment. Miller Lake is a large, clean, freshwater lake located at the centre of the Bruce Peninsula. The lake has excellent fishing for bass, perch, pike and pickerel. Boat rentals are available at the lake. The lake's central location places it close to many attractions on the Bruce. Excellent hiking on the Bruce Trail is only 6 km away. Nationally renowned Lark Whistle Gardens is also close by. Boat Rentals are available at the lake and in Tobermory, which is only 30 km away. The area also has some great biking. This is a great family cottage.

  Our families had a wonderful time at Miller Lake. The fishing was good for the guys and the kayaking was great for the girls! The water is crystal clear and the cottage, cozy, clean and warm. Would definately recommend!

  Our stay at the "Grenon cottage" was excellent. The pictures on the website were very accurate and in some cases didn't do the place justice. It comes will all the amenities you would want in a cottage, except a dishwasher (that would be my only complaint). We loved the screened-in porch where we enjoyed dinners at night. We loved the beautiful large dock which was big enough for all eight of us to 'hang out' on. The flat grassy area between the cottage and the dock was ideal for children. We could play badminton, bocci balls, set up sprinklers, etc. The kitchen didn't have a lot of counter space, but it was fine. We loved the living room with the huge windows facing the lake. The gamesroom was perfect for those rainy afternoons. The washer and dryer were practically new and extremely useful. What we liked the best: location, location, location (it was close enough to near-by stores and yet secluded enough for privacy). What we like the least: no dishwasher.
  Overall it was a wonderful cottage and perfect for a family with children. I would highly recommend it.

  This is a wonderful site to vacation. It's clean and comfortable, and the Bruce Peninsula has much to offer. I highly recommend this vacation rental.
