Cottage Profile This 1024 square foot, three bedroom cottage is elevated over Georgian Bay providing a magnificent view of the bluffs of Cape Croker from the upper deck. The cottage is finished in natural woodwork throughout. It has that cozy cottage feel with it's cathedral ceilings and skylights providing an open airy environment. Large floor to ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of Georgian Bay right from the living area. My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of august. Exactly what I hoped for: clean and all the amenities we needed, but also a little bit rustic. The kayaks were a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed hiking around sections of the Bruce Trail (straight from the cottage), gazing at the view from the deck and nighttime woodfires. Quiet and private. There no sandy beach and the waters are rocky, so it was a little challenging wading in over slippery rocks, but totally worth it. Nice clear water for swimming.
We had one issue with the BBQ not working properly, but the owner popped by the same day we called and fixed/replaced it with a working one. Great experience all around! -

while I should write huge mosquito's and a lousey location just to keep others away, this location was the best vacation we've had. from the quiet peaceful location to the calm quite waters and kayaks this was truly one of our most memorable family vacations. close to other family opportunities, like Sauble, the Bruce Trail and Tobermory the week apssed too fast. beautiful cottage and location!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The weather was great for says on the kayak and nights playing board games. Fantastic. Would love to go back. Never got my deposit back however.

The cottage at Jackson's Cove was perfect for a restful week of reading, cycling, kayaking and hiking. The bay was quiet for most of the week and only a moderate amount of activity on the July long weekend. Our sons joined us for 3 days and enjoyed the kayaks.

This was our second annual visit to this cottage. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. The Bruce is a beautiful and quiet place in the fall and this is the ideal place to take it all in. We plan to be back next year.

AS IN MY PAST VISTS TO THE BRUCE I HAD A STELLAR STAY. IT WAS MY OTHER HALF AND CHILDRENS FIRST STAY ON THE BRUCE. ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY LOVED IT! SO WITH OUT FURTHER WORDS WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN MORE THAN LIKLY FOR AMID WINTER GET AWAY. ALSOWILL BE BACK NEXT SUMER THANKS TO RENT COTTAGE.COM

We had a very nice time at the cottage. Great location, scenic view from the upper deck. Nice fire pit. Cottage had all the necessities and more. We felt very comfortable. Wood stove was a lot of fun in the evenings. Satellite TV and wireless helped to keep kids busy at times..
Very clean, organised place with a lot of good features:lake with clear water and nice dock, wooded area around the cottage with a lot of privacy, comfortable nicely designed for a family use cottage.
Lot of fun for kids,adults and our dogs enjoyed it too. Thank you! -

We enjoyed our time at Jackson's Cove very much. This cottage is very nice and has everything you need for a restful holiday. It was great to arrive to a clean cottage and we were immediately struck by the awesome view over the water. The clean kitchen is well equiped with a brand new fridge.
We loved the wood burning stove and outdoor firepit. Every morning we would have our breakfast
on the large elevated deck and watch the loons in the crystal clear lake.
We would love to return again next year
