Casa Castore A is a welcoming apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Lippiano , 4 km (roughly 4400 yards) from restaurants and from the shops.
Casa Castore A is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Casa Castore A you will need a car. You will be able to pa...rk it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
The complex is made up of five holiday apartments that once belonged to a farmhouse dating back to the XVI century. It is situated near the banks of a small torrent that marks the border between Umbria and Tuscany .
The complex, that is entirely fenced, is located in a hilly area, surrounded by the greenery of lawns and woods.
The historical centre of Lippiano, a small medieval village that is famous for its castle, is at roughly 800 meters away.
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has two windows.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows. Here you will also find a safe.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has two windows.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
