Parque das Nacoes, is one of Lisbon's major new residential neighbourhoods. It is right next to Vasco da Gama shopping centre, Oceanarium and Pavilion of Knowledge

The Oceanarium was designed by American architect Peter Chermayeff and is the largest in Europe. The oceanarium is divided into various ecosystems from around the world with almost 15,000 animals and plants from over 450 different species. The largest tank is the Global Ocean tank which is 7 metres deep and includes some large shark species.

Also in an educational vein are the various Pavilions. The Pavilion of Knowledge is an interactive science and technology museum. This Pavilion offers permanent and temporary exhibitions, conferences, debates, colloquiums and many other activities all housed in yet another fine example of modern architecture

Rules
- Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after 10:00 PM . You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance
- Absolutely No Smoking!
- Bed linens and towels provided
- The house keeping, with linen and towels changed is once per week included in fare.
- Any additional cleaning or linen change could be added against an additional 40 Euros fee/cleaning.

- On Departure:
oAll furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
oThe kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
oAll trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
oCheck under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
oPlease close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.

Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 10:30 AM.
Early check-in is possible; call upon arrival to verify.

Payment Policy:
We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys etc.
You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.
You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
