The Apartment is located in an ancient and noble 18th Century building, all rebuilt in a way to keep untouched the ancient structure (old wood floor, old ceiling,..) although the materials used inside the apartment are modern. This brand-new and very charming appartment, is 180 square meters and has 2 bathrooms, one kitchen, a large and comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and an office/library than can be adapted into a 3rd bedroom. The apartment has cable Tv, Stereo, heater and wifi internet.

Chiado is the live center of the city. The place where everything happens, surrounded by main tourist attractions in the city. The best restaurants, museums, the nicest stores and historical buildings are at Chiado. The apartment is located in one of the best known streets at Chiado, the Rua das Flores, very close to many means of transportation (50 meters to subway). There is a public parking public, with 24H security., as well as supermarket, pharmacy, etc.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to the centre of Lisbon, within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely apartment, immaculate with waterfall showers. Lived up to all our expectations.

This apartment is a treasure in the heart of Lissabon! It´s a beautiful, charming and large apartment with nice furniture, totally equipped and very well localized. In some minutes you are at the ´Cafe a Brasileira´ where you can enjoy a great breakfast with tasty coffee and delicious sweets. It was a great experience to stay in this apartment. We also had the privilege to meet the friendly owner, Rui Costa, who gave us some hints about the city. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment rather than in a hotel. Here you feel the real atmosphere of Lissabon! Enjoy!

Highest of ceilings, tastefully modern decore, spotlessly clean, great showers!, comfortable beds, usefully designed kitchen, and wifi that worked in the front part of the flat... We loved the location, being easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, transportation. Our rental agent was helpful and available. One caution - Chiado has night noise - lots of it. From the bedroom in the front, you will hear people flowing down the hill from bars that close at 2am to the ones down by the river that close at 4 or 5am. My son didn't mind. We slept in the back where we didn't hear it.

Perfectly, tasteful & stylish decorated big flat equipped with everything. When you enter the flat, you can only say: Wowww!!! The interior design must be done by a professional!!! Really luxury!!
Flat is in a very nice house and a great surrounding - one of the most beautiful streets in the neighborhood of Chiado, close to everything in Lisbon
Perfect and very friendly service and everything is super-clean.
We loved it!!

Located directly in Chiado - a fashionable neighbourhood in Lisbon - we found this great apartment. The place is designed with such a good taste and it offers everything what up to 6 people can ever expect. We were not only impressed about the apartment itself but also about the great communication we had with the owner of this place. He cared for everything and ensured that we had a pleasant stay in Lisbon.
We can absolutely recommend this Chiado apartment and we would have stayed in one of the other apartments the owner offers in this area if it would have been available. -

The apartment was very spacious, well-furnished and clean.We had a toddler, learning to walk, who enjoyed the large wood flooring space. The service was extremely good and the landord,Mr Costa, was even kind enough to leave us some food and wine when we checked in late in the evening. The location is halfway up a hill but that is typically Lisbon. All amenities, transportation and shops are very close by and Baixa and Bairro alto are within easy walking distance. We like the apartment and the service we received best.
The only minor dislikes we had were that the apartment is on the second floor with no lift and there was temporary scaffolding outside due to work on the roof. -

We rented this apartment for my family when they came from australia for a weddang so that we could all be together. The apartment was fantastic. Clean, very spacious, stylish and with an incredible location close to everything, but on a quiet side street. The owner was extremely kind and went out of his way to provide both in the initial contact phases and on site, a great welcome and clear explanations. I would highly recomend this apartment!!!

this was a wonderful time in Lisbon, thanks to the wonderful apartment. close to the city center, lots of comfort and an excellent neighborhood. Superb decoration and wonderful experience at the check in! we will repeat for sure!!!

Even if we could be at friend's houses, we've decided to rent a place in downtown to have the experience of living the city. It was the best decision ever: Chiado is absolutely charming and has many offers of shops, tourist places, restaurants, is really near to Bairro alto with all the great bars in the city. The apartment was an experience itself. The rental announce is not fair enough: it's so so beautiful and has all the great design details we would like to have thought about for our own house. After a week, I really thought to move in definitely. Tks, Rui!!!

Hemos estado mi pareja y yo unos dias en lisboa de vacaciones, y el apartamento ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Está magníficamente situado, en pleno Chiado, a 20 metros de la paza de Luis Camoes. El apartamento es muy amplio y con una decoración realmente increíble, con todas las comodidades que hacen que la estancia sea de lujo. Es totalmente recomendable y de hecho nosotros pensamos repetir.

I love Lisbon. Every time I go to Europe I always try to stop for at least a couple of days.
I loved the apartment I stayed in last time I was there.
It is far better than others I stayed in previously. Great location and cosy environment.
The ambiance was perfect and matching totally with Lisbon's character.
I recommend it strongly.
