The flat itself has been carefully restored to conserve its Art Nouveau origins as an authentic alternative to the Ikea post modern look. Furnishings are a mixture of contemporary and collector. Rates are for two people. Each additional person is 15 Euro. Maximum 5 people. It's also required a 150 euros safety deposit that will be totaly refundable in the end of the stay. Early/late check in/out (between 10pm and 8am) are charged 30€

Staying at this flat was key to my maximum enjoyment of Lisbon. It's walkable to everywhere and central to numerous shops/restaurants/bars. Also, just spending time in the flat itself was charming. It is a gem of a place with an old world feel that is so rare to find. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.
