The location of the flat is excellent if you want a central, lively area. Cafes, bars and restaurants are within a short walk and the streets are buzzing with activity in the evenings. The down side to this is that nobody seems to go to bed before 4am and the streets are being cleaned at 6am. So this is not the place for you if you want a quiet peaceful holiday or need to catch up on your sleep. This seems especially the case Thursday to Saturday. It felt safe at all times and the atmosphere is friendly and good humoured. The mainline stations are within walking distance and we went out to the beach at Estoril and to Sintra for some country air We had great holiday and Lisbon has become one of my favourite cities..

The loft is well situated, very clean and comfortable but it wasn't ready when we arrived.
Household women (very nice) are the only persons we have encountered. The payment of the nights has therefore been debited directly on the credit card which was not necessarily desirable.
