Left on 10/19/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Realised after booking that the apartment was located in a red light, night club hot spot area. Spent the first night in anticipation and the very loud noise did happen. Great if you're nightclubbing but not if you want to sleep!
We contacted the agency next morning and there was no problem moving to another of their apartments nearby. Full marks for great service.

I visit Lisbon for a short period during business and. I heard about this apartments from some friends that here very well impressed with it: easy booking, in the heart of city + near of transports, no keys to enter/leave the building, modern furniture, full equipped to cook a easy or complete family meal. Resume: My "home" far away.

While travelling through Portugal we had not any booking for the last night of our journey.
However, thanks to this nice appartment, we found a place to stay.
We were kindly surprised with this system of no reception and the codes to each door. This is a progressive (and very useful!) approach. You cannot lose any sort of key and thus, are not afraid of any charges for that.
The appartment was very nice. Clean, stylish (especially the main entrance area and stairs).
Nice terrace, and etc.
So everything was just as it should be to be comfortable.
