I looked at dozens of flats online to find something suitable for my friend and I to have 2 nights in Lisbon, whilst enroute to a villa holiday in the north. We were so pleased with everything about this one, the location was perfect, the flat itself was not large but was really tasteful, stylish and well equipped to a high standard. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great base from which to enjoy Lisbon. Loads to see and do from the perfect location. Great to have a lift! Also, Mrs Ilda the caretaker very friendly and helpful. Tips - taxi from airport was 21 euros. Taxi back to airport to collect hire care for onward journey, booked by Mrs Ilda for us was 12 euros! The custard tarts at the famous shop in Belem are the best. Great Fado within walking distance in alfama.

Great apartment in the center of Lisbon, right next to all the shops. Not a long walk from anything and not far from the docks, metro or nice restaurants. The apartment comes with free wifi so that's a bonus for uploading pictures whilst your out there. Also had a hair dryer and hair straighteners so my girlfriend was happy. The apartment is really nice and finished to a high quality.
We got the metro to the beach every day and had a really top time.
I'd happily come back and stay here again. -

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a great vacation in Lisbon! The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a market a few blocks away. We especially loved to open the doors and enjoy the sunshine from inside the apartment or out on the balcony. The location was also perfect...close to the metro, train, buses, sights, cafes and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as were the living and dining rooms. We could not have been more pleased.

Easy to arrange with "Maria." Fully remodeled and well-equipped. Located in Baixa-Chiado, an excellent and central location with easy walking access to train, tram, bus, and metro. Lovely "Dona Ilda" gave us keys and explanations re dishwasher, W/Dryer, etc. We would stay here again without reservation. On fourth floor, so some hum of traffic but very acceptable.

Fomos muito bem recebidos quando chegamos à casa, que estava muito arrumada, limpa e com uma excelente decoração.
A casa superou as nossas expectativas, pois ainda tinha mais condições do que nos foram informadas.
A localização é perfeita dado que fica no centro de Lisboa e ainda para mais tem duas mercearias ao pé da casa.
Sinceramente não houve nada que não gostassemos. -

We spent 8 nights in the apartment - we are a family of four (with two small kids) and my mom. The apartment exceeded our expectiations: everything in the apartment is brand new, functioning perfectly, apartment had everything you could possibly think of or need (appliances, cooking utensils, even a small but good selection of books, and two boxes of kids toys!). Everything was very clean and neatly arranged. The building itself is fantastic inside, complitely renovated with wood floors even in the hallways, and it has an elevator which is hard find in Lisbon. The location of the apartment could not be better - 5-7 minutes walk to alfama and 5-7 minutes walk to Chiado; 5 minutes to a metro station; 10 minute walk to the train station. And Baixa itself is nice as well. The neighborhood itself is historical and very lively during the day, it is enough to just open your windows to experience some of Lisbon's atmosphere (view on several coffee shops/restaurants, sound of street musicians); and it is very quiet at night when you need rest.
I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend, and if we come back to Lisbon we will stay there again.
