This apartment is situated in one of the best neighborhoods of Lisbon, between Liberty Avenue, near the most famous fashion stores and Bairro Alto and Principe Real place of fun and fashionable restaurants.

This Apartment has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two suites with king size bed 1.60m wide with a private bathroom and shower inside. One of the suites has a terrace. The other room is single with two beds: 90cm large per 2.00m. There´s also a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Located on the fourth floor of an heritage building completely restored, with elevator, two terraces benefiting from their amazing views ov...er the botanical garden of the University, the Castle of S. Jorge, the houses of Lisbon, its hills and the Tagus River.

It´s orientation to the south allows you to receive a strong light ,breathe the visual tranquility and relaxing effect of botanic garden, all this in a single, discreet and elegant apartment in the city center.

In the city the distances are easily solved with a excellent and proximity vast network of public transport, bus or subway. We are between “Avenida” station (blue line)and “Rato” (yellow line). Rossio Square or Terreiro do Paço square, next to the river are 15 minutes in a quite and pleasant walk. From here there`s a huge network of public transport from BUS to underground train stations. For cinema lovers there is the national theater and cinema museum, around the corner, dedicated to cinema with frequent and diverse film presentation.

If you wish to visit surrounding places like “Sintra” or “Cascais” without tour operator, you can easily use the train leaving from different stations, but both near the apartment.

We are located near some of the great restaurants, however there is a huge variety of choices, environments and prices. Supermarket with everything you could need, frequented by local people are also nearby. Some have food to go by weight.Read more

In the city the distances are easily solved with the access and proximity to a vast network of public transport, bus or subway. If you wish to visit places like Sintra or Cascais without tour operator you can easily use the train leaving from different stations, but both near the apartment. Both trips take about half an hour and costs around € 3 each / one way. The most notorious avenue, a kind of Boulevard, call “Liberdade” it's three minutes walking. Rossio Square or Terreiro do Paço square, next to the river are 15 minutes quite walking.

Lisbon airport is near town, so a taxi ride to the apartment will cost no more than € 15. There´s also a regular and specific bus, call “airport shuttle”, that comes to this area of hotels and costs 3.50 € per person. If your option is to know the city you don´t need to rent a car. In a distance of 300m there´s different public buses, from Carris (Lisbon bus company), undergroud (two station, yellow line and Blue Line ) that put you at any point in the city. In addition the city center, the parking is all paid. Also the sightseeing bus lines are easy walking from this base.
