We are located in the historic area of town, right on the “Lavra Funicular” – the oldest Funicular in Lisbon, steps away from Rossio and Restauradores Square, where you can live with the traditional Portuguese way of life.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette appartement. Son point fort est sans aucun doute sa localisation centrale avec accès aux différents transports à deux pas. La vue est superbe et le quartier est agréable. Le prix est correct. Cependant, il convient de noter quelques observations à connaître avant de réserver. Tout d abord, l appartement est propre mais ni les serviettes ni les draps n ont été changés durant la semaine. Ensuite, il y a un funéculaire qui passe devant l appartement (vraiment charmant et typique) et qui démarre à 7h30 (assez bruyant et donc pas idéal si vous avez profitez des nuits lisboetes) la douche est plutôt petite. Vous aurez du mal a vous laver si vous êtes corpulent. Enfin, il n y a pas de volets dans la chambre mais juste un rideau qui laisse passer la lumiere du jour. Si ces points ne vous dérangent pas alors n hésitez pas. Globalement nous sommes contents mais sans ces détails celà aurait été parfait.

Nous sommes restes dans cet appartement 4 jours en aout 2012. Il est super bien place, pres du funiculaire, super calme, plein centre (avenidad) et possede l'exceptionnelle particularite d'avoir une vue magnifique, exposition solaire sur trois cotes, mobilier et couverts impeccable..avec meme une machine a laver.
Franchement pour le prix qu'on a paye, ca vaut le coup.
De plus, Francisco a ete pour nous plus qu'une aide, mais un ami. Merci. Nous reviendrons ! -

Francisco,the amiable owner, gives a new meaning to hospitality. Yes, the apartment was perfect, but his attention to our needs and comfort was above and beyond our expectations, and he, along with his network of support, is the perfect ambassador for Lisbon.

We lived in the ground-floor. We had a good and relaxing trip. The house owner is a symphatic young guy who gives you all the information about Lisbon you wants to know - just perfect! The transferservice from/to the airport is such a good and cheap possibility to get into the city.
