Property Description

Recently refurbished apartment located in Lisbon Downtown – Av. Da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue). This is the perfect place to stay, since you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon’s downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, the City Castel and its picturesque neighbourhood called Alfama.

The apartment:

The 200 square meters (2.152 square feet) apartment features 5 bedrooms, one living and dining-room, 2 completely renew bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has fine old wooden floors and the original ceiling stucco. All the rooms are equipped with excellent... mattresses.

The living room and two of the bedrooms have a French balcony with a street view. The main bedroom has a balcony where you can spot of the amazing Lisbon Botanic Garden and the historical theatre center of Lisbon – Parque Mayer. All the other bedrooms have window and are plenty of sunlight.

This apartment is totally prepared to receive from 1 to 16 people.

Room #1: 1 double bed and more two single beds under the double bed (sleep 2+2)

Room #2: 1 double bed and one more single bed under the double bed (sleep 2+1)

Room #3: 1 double bed (sleep 2)

Room #4: 1 bunk bed (sleep 2)

Room#5: 1 bunk bed and one more single bed under the bunk (sleep 2+1)

Living room: 1 sofa-bed for 2 (sleep 2)

This comfy and spacious apartment is perfectly located at Lisbon’s Historical Center. In Liberdade neighbourhood, where you can find everything, from the traditional handcraft shop, to top tier fashion brands for shopping. Luxury and traditional Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Theatres’, and the oldest Cinema In town (S. Jorge) is at your door step. In your backyard there are two theatres always with different performances and you can take a walk in the fantastic botanic garden or listen a Jazz concert in the old and famouse Hot Club. You can walk to Chiado and Bairro Alto and enjoy the great nightlife of Lisbon. In the weekends you have typical street markets in Alegria garden, 1 minute from the apartment.
This nice and secure neighbourhood offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern.

Access:
At the doorstep you have the subway station (Avenida) and BUS stop, so you can get everywhere from here. You can also walk to the railway or boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, or to other nice places such as Sintra or Cascais.

You also have the “Sightseeing BUS” passing by which is a good option if you want do visit Lisbon by bus.

  Este es un apartamento muy recomendable si quieres pasar unos dias / semanas en Lisboa. Estuve la semana pasada de vacaciones con unos amigos y todos volvimos encantados y no fue solo por lo preciosa y encantadora que es esta ciudad!! :)
  El apartamento de João, está situado en el mismo centro de la ciudad, al lao de la plaza de Rossio por lo que puedes ir andando hasta las zonas típicas; o sino el metro, el tranvía y varios autobuses están a un paso! (y además está en una calle tranquila, sin ruido, esto nos preocupaba un poco antes de llegar por estar en el centro...)
  El apartamento es inmejorable, super espacioso y cĂłmodo, todo Nuevo y muy bonito. No hace falta que lleves na, tiene de todo!!
  Y la relaciĂłn calidad/ precio os aseguro que es excelente.
  Bueno, todo esto para agradecer a João, porque además de todo, el servicio que nos dio fue muy muy bueno, indicaciones de típicos sitios pa visitar, recomendaciones de restaurantes/ tascas/ pubs...
  en fin, muchas gracias JoĂŁo por todo!! Esperamos poder volver pronto!!
