Situated in Chiado district, in the very heart of Lisbon, this lovely, luminous and light-filled second-floor two-bedroom apartment (without a lift) offers you the oportunity to discover the beautiful hills and incredible life of this vibrant city. You can do all your exploration by foot, without being worried about public transportation or taxis. Just come downstairs, and that's all!
In contrast to the new, modern feel of its recently-completed renovations, the apartment's building is quite old, a survivor of the famous Lisbon earthquake of 1755.

Its absolutely central location in Chiado makes this apartment perfect for exploring Lisbon by day and enjoying city nightlife after dinner.
To start out, you'll be staying just around the corner from the charming square Largo do Carmo and the trendy Chiado district. A five minute walk brings you to the vibrant Bairro Alto and Principe Real districts, two minutes more to the Rossio Central Station (which allows you to travel to Sintra and Lisbon's outskirts by train) and the Restauradores Square, and a last five to the fashionable and fun Libertad Avenue.
Fifteen minutes in the other direction brings you to Cais do Sodré Station, from which you can reach in just a short journey several other Lisbon beaches, as well as Estoril and Cascais.
The neighborhood around the apartment includes the Fernando Pessoa terrace - ideal for breakfast - as well as some of the cheapest and most delicious restaurants in the city.

We were so happy with the apartment and our vacation in Lissabon. The apartment is quite big and cosy - there was definitely plenty of room for us. The kitchen is big and with everything needed and is easy to use. The apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of the city and is close to the metro and there are great restaurants nearby. The wireless internet works well and is easy to connect with. Furthermore, it is very easy to get in touch with the owner, Guilermo, who is very helpful and accommodating. The 'check in' and 'check out' also went smoothly and altogether we're so pleased with our stay! We really hope to be able to come back soon! :-)
