Lisbon Terrace- This 4 bedroom vacation rental apartment is brand new to the market- renovated in 2012. The vacation apartment is located in a building from 1960s, in charming Anjos district, close to the plazas Martim Moniz, Rossio and Praca da Figueira.

The spacious vacation rental flat was carefully renovated. It is in the city center of Lisbon/Lisboa, and is very easily accessible from the airport, major train stations and metro (tube/subway).

The holiday apartment is in the 7th floor and occupies the whole floor. It features a large terrace with great views of the city, the river and the Moorish castle. Relax sipping a cocktail in the terrace above the hustle and bustle of the city, looking at the sun setting over the city. Or just check the river Tejo in the distance. Perfect to recover after a day of sightseeing/shopping.

The vacation apartment features 4 Bedrooms - all can be offered with a 1King (double) size bed or two twins (individual beds). All bedrooms have access to the terrace or the veranda in the back. Lots of light make this property warm and inviting. For large groups, there is one sofa with a double bed, two folding beds and a baby cot/ portable crib. The beds are full size, with high quality linen/bed sheets, soft hypoallergenic duvet/comforters, and fluffy cotton towels free of charge.

There are two roomy bathrooms in the property- one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The living area features a comfortable couch, and chairs, and a large 42inch TV, a video player and a HIFI sound system. We offer WIFI/ Internet free of charge.

The dinning room area features a table seating 8 extendable to 12. The Kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with cutlery and dishes/ glasses for 12. You will find a blender, coffee maker, kettle etc. available in this apartment.

The vacation apartment has Heating and AC for your comfort. It also has Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave etc.

The terrace is a sea of tranquility enabling you to soak up the city.

This Lisbon vacation apartment is perfect for LGBT guests and families alike- its location is very central. As Almirante Reis is one of the main arteries of the city you are sure to find taxis easily- and since they are fairly inexpensive it is really easy to reach all areas of the city. For delightful restaurants and bars head to Graca, Bairro Alto and Alfama. You will find nearby great dames of the Lisbon nightlife such as Trumps disco, gay bars such as TR3S, Construction, Finalmente bar and a large choice of restaurants in Bairro Alto/Principe Real. There are a number of supermarkets in the neighborhood.

Near Praca da Figueira, and the geographical center of the city- reachable in less than 10 minutes. The Castelo de Sao Jorge is also within easy reach. The charming church of Anjos in nearby, as is the new seat of the city council in the newly refurbished Largo do Intendente. Numerous activities in the vicinity.
This vacation apartment is in close proximity of most historic sights in Lisbon- you can discover the city mostly on foot or using the metro stop right in front of the building. Walk up the hill to visit the fabulous views points in Miradouro da Graca and Senhora do Monte, and enjoy discovering the real Lisbon. There are trams nearby, and you can catch the famous 28 tram nearby. The Praça Comercio/Praca Figueira/ Rossio all within 10-15 min leisurely walk. The Bairro Alto can also be reached by foot (about 30 min). Why not try the beaches/ fishing village of Cascais ? Cath the metro and hop on the train in Cais do Sodre. Or head to lovely Sintra - reachable via the Rossio train station. There are a number of restaurants and shops right outside. If you want o exercise you can head to teh river takign the Av. Almirante Reis to Martin Moniz, then one of the pedestrian streets to Praca do Comercio, and heading west on the river front. You can run as far as Alges, enjoying views of the river, bridge, Mosteiro dos Jeronimos and the famous Torre de Belem.
For a night out: head out to Alfama on foot and enjoy lively bars. If you prefer Bairro Alto, a multitude of bars, restaurants and theaters will satisfy every taste. Bars and discos are spread also to the Santos Design district and of course the Principe Real district

  We were 10 people and had a great time there. The apartment is full equipped and very comfy. Beds are great and the decoration it very nice as well. Nice views from the apartment and very bright.
