Description
Welcome to Lisbon Gloria Apartment, a very comfortable accommodation fully renewed in the heart of Lisbon’s old centre.
The completely renovated residence is situated on the 1st floor in a building also renewed equipped with elevator. The apartment (area 45 m2) is divided in several sections: the bedroom with double bed, the bathroom, the living room (with sofa bed), the dining place and the kitchen.
The bedroom can accommodate 2 persons and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed that fits 2 extra persons, therefore for top comfort the house is best fitted for up to 3 adults or a couple with 2 children.
For short or medium term stays you’ll find what you need to have an incredible experience but if there is any specific need, count on us and we’ll try to help.
FACILITY DESCRIPTION
You will find the comfort of your own home: heating system, good quality linens, towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, WI-FI and flat screen with cable TV.
The kitchen has a complete set of kitchenware and is also fully equipped with: electric cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, tea maker, blender.
Baby crib and high chair upon request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- There is a security deposit of 150€, which shall be paid in cash on arrival and returned in full at the end of your stay if no damage is done to the apartment.
- Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged for stays longer than 1 week.
- Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM but are flexible in case there is no other group to leaving or arriving the same day.
