“Excellent apartment and location” The listing description was accurate and we found the apartment to be clean and well furnished. It had great wi-fi and all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon as it was close to the train station and cable cars stops. Excellent sights and restaurants were within walking distances. Mario the owner provided tip top customer services and was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. Our group of 4 had an excellent stay in the apartment.

“Wonderful apartment” We stayed in the apartment in Oct 2013 for our holiday in Lisbon, and we couldn't be any happier. The location was superb, right in the middle of everything and the apartment is surrounded by shops, eateries, etc. It is also within walking distance to many attractions as well. The apartment itself is is good condition, clean, and sun-soaked bright in the day. We even got a vinho verde in the fridge upon check in. If we have to be picky, though, the bathrooms doesn't have exhaust systems which is a bit dissapointing but nothing much to dampen our great holiday in Lisbon. Would definitely stay here if we're back in Lisbon! Thanks Paulo!

“Perfect” Absolut perfect in any aspects. Exceptionally clean, fully equipped and everything worked in perfect order. Great location, close to everything. Mario is a true gentleman, he looked after us in a way we felt being at our own home, he always had time to help and advise us. I can’t imagine a better service, and would highly recommend.

“Two weeks in Lisbon” For two weeks our family, which included two girls aged 25 & 22 enjoyed a wonderful experience. Our hosts Miguel and his sister Mafalda were absolutely perfect . Miguel was always prompt to reply to my endless email questions.Mafalda and her charming partner Francisco were totally amazing and greeted us upon arrival, walked us around the labyrinth of narrow streets to orientate ourselves, and even drove us to the fresh markets the next morning. We relaxed into the Lisbon way of life quickly, this meant walking everywhere, eating amazing Portuguese pastries, drinking superb wine, watching sunsets from a gorgeous hilltop cafe/ bar, eating very late. The girls enjoyed the bar atmosphere in the late evenings, and found it very safe compared to Sydney nightlife. Driving the narrow streets around the Lisbon centre was very hectic for us as the lanes were intensely narrow, only one way, and hectic, the car navigating device was the only saviour, but even then we did make many directional errors. Parking was available very close by and it was secure, undercover and 24 hours. Brilliant. We only used the car for day trips out of Lisbon, otherwise it would stay in the parking for over 24 hours, which was no problem, very inexpensive rates. Mafalda had even arranged for the cleaners to arrive half way through our stay. They were so efficient, ( even folded clothes). Our only complaint would have been that the beds were very firm, however,that could be a personal preference. We left wanting more time as there were so many things to enjoy.

“Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in fantastic location” We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It is incredibly spacious with updated kitchen and bath. We loved how light and bright it was with a lovely view of the river and castle. Even though our flight had been delayed, Paulo was very accommodating about adjusting to our schedule. Would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable apartment in convenient, noisy location

This is a very attractive, comfortable, clean, well-stocked apartment. It's a great, old building with some tiles along the stairway, beautiful, big windows, interesting architectural details, and good-sized, airy rooms. Nice beds with cotton-covered down duvets. WiFi worked well. Two bathrooms! What a luxury. We felt very safe. The view of the small park with a church at the end was wonderful and entertaining. Very convenient location. We loved picking up breakfast-makings near by, cheese from the Time Out Market and orange juice squeezed on the spot from the small kiosk just outside the door. Praca Sao Paulo, the square in front of the apartment, is a very popular partying spot, which meant constant, loud noise ALL night (still going strong at 4:30 AM on Sunday morn.). We also would have appreciated better orientation information from the managers. There is a drawer of fliers left from previous renters, but some suggestions for good restaurants, breakfast cafes, and interesting sites nearby would have been very helpful. (We were simply told that tastes are too different to make suggestions.) We also had a hard time communicating with the manager to finalize our arrival plans. I would recommend this rental with the warning that it is very noisy at night, a trade-off to be weighed against a convenient location. … see more

✨Spacious and Contemporary Flat in Lisbon Historic Center w/ Free Parking,Lift
Excellent location!!

My two fellow travelers and I could not have had a more ideal location. We were steps away from the metro, busses, bakery (my downfall), shops, and all of the tourist attractions. The 6th floor location offered us stunning views of the rooftops and surrounding areas along with cooling breezes. The owner was also exceptionally responsive, cordial and helpful. In addition, although the building is older, Olivier has modernized the apartment while keeping with the theme of the area. It's spacious and the air conditioning worked beautifully and was a God-send as Lisbon can get quite warm in August. The lift was a bit intimidating, at first, but worked perfectly. Should you you decide to arrange for transfers to/from the airport, my only suggestion would be to take care if there is more than one person in your party The regular car service offered uses a car that is quite small and, in our case could not handle two larger suitcases. That left us scrambling a bit at the end. Regardless, it's a perfect apartment in a perfect spot! I highly recommend it. … see more

Excellent location!!

When we get in to the apartment. The manager well introduced every details inside the apartment. It's well located. Close to everything we need, named supermarket, restaurants, cafe, shops, metro, trains, sight seeing places. The one-bed room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. It's on a non-car street, so you need to walk about 3 mins after getting of taxi. Quiet during the night. Only few minor stuffs I would like to recommend to the manager, 1 sink is not depth enough for cleaning face, easy to bump into the shelf above. 2. More laundry detergent will be appreciated, one is not enough for dark and light colors clothes. 3. More shampoo will be nice, two girls with long hairs washing hairs every day~~ I brought my own, it's not a big issue but my friend didn't. Though, there are some minor things which can be improved. Cozy apartment in a perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lisbon at this 2BR, 2BA apartment. Although there is no elevator to reach the 3rd floor, the stairwell is quite wide and it was easy to bring suitcases up. The apartment is charming with 2 BR, a good kitchen, great bathrooms and a nice living area in which to gather. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the Castelo de S. George and to many cafe's and shopping areas. Most of all, Olivier was *very* responsive, extremely organized and helpful. High marks all around. … see more
