An elegantly decorated and charming apartment in a 19th century building (5th floor with lift), downtown Lisbon in the premium neighbourhood of Chiado! It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen fully equipped, and a comfortable living and dining room. But the best is really its terrace where you can just relax and enjoy the sunset!

This is a really special apartment. Located in a premium neighbourhood: Chiado / Baixo, right in front of the metro station and at walking distance of most part of the atractions of the historical centre.

Here you'll find a modern and bright apartment, with 2 bedrooms : one with a double bed and anot...her one with twin beds (that can also be prepared as a double bed), 1 bathroom (with shower) a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living and dining room and a nice terrace.

It also has some facilities, somewhat rare in these historic neighbourhoods: air conditioning and a lift (it's a 5th floor!)

To fully enjoy the city, take some time to rest and have a drink in the fantastic terrace overlooking the ceilings of the trendy Chiado's neighbourhood. Or begin the day with a refreshing and energizing breakfast in the terrace.

Ideal for 2 or 4 people! (possible to put an extra bed in one of the bedroom and accommodate 5).

Central Location!

From the apartment you can fully explore the city as it is at walking distance from the main interest points in Lisbon, or you can take the metro or tram, less than 2 min from the apartment.

Walking distance (indicated by Google):

- São Jorge Castle (10 min), Se Cathedral (7 min), Rossio - downtown (4 min), Bairro Alto (5 min), Alfama (12 min).

Near all kind of transport:

-Baixa / Chiado-Subway station (less than 1 min.)

- bus stop (5 minutes) with lines to the airport, Belem, Cais do Sodre, the neighbourhood of Expo, the modern centre of Lisbon

- Cais do Sodre train station to Cascais and beach (10 min walking)

- Santa Apolonia - Subway and also Railway station for Coimbra, Porto (13 minutes by subway)

- and of course near the stop of the famous 28 Electric Tram (2 min walking)

  Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was den aufenthalt angenehm macht.Die Lage in der altstadt mit direkter anbindung an die Metro ist sensationell. Nach erlebnissreichen Tagen in Lissabon, konnten wir die Tage in der Wohnung aund auf der kleinen Terasse ausklingen lassen. Ein wenig störend war der unangenehme Geruch aus dem abfluss der Dusche.Durch Verschliessen mit dem Gummistopfen ging es dann. Wir haben das beim auschecken bemängelt und hoffen, das es geändert wird. Großes Lob an die Betreuung durch das Team von Heart and Soul. Wir kommen gerne wieder und könne die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

  It was a lovely place. Welcome and introduction to the apartment was done in a very professional and friendly way by our host Goncalo. Everything was fantastic. Only small thing which needs to be adapted is the smell in the bathroom.

  El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La localización es perfecta, a tan solo unos metros de la parada de metro Chiado. Tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo así que no pudimos disfrutar de la preciosa terraza, pero de eso no podemos culpar a Heart & Soul ;-) Su atención ha sido perfecta en todo momento: antes y durante nuestra estancia. Lo único reseñable es que el baño es muy pequeño, mínimo en espacio aunque con el equipamiento completo. Recomendamos este apartamento a todos aquellos que deseen disfrutar de Lisboa. Todo lo que pueda interesar a un visitante está muy cerca y para aquellas cosas un poco más alejadas hay una estupenda red de transporte.

  A delightful apartment

  We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is delightful and we especially loved the little terrace in the sunshine. The apartment is very well equipped with everything one could want and very comfortable, and in an excellent location for seeing the sights of Lisbon. Check in was easy as Fatima was there to meet us and show us everything in the apartment and to help with suggestions of what to do, where to eat etc.
  And we only banged our heads a couple of times on the sloping ceilings!
  We will be back in Lison again I'm sure as we love the city, and would definitely pick this apartment again.

  The apartment in Baixa is perfect for a stay in Lisbon: It is very close to the Metro, so travelling from and to the airport is very easy. Plus: A few steps and you are in the center of Lisbon. So the apartment is superbly located for any day and night trips! The apartment itself is great. The four of us staying there had enough room and a great chill-out time from the roof top terrasse! The apartment is very clean which is always very important to us. If anyone is looking for an apartment in Lisbon - go for this one! Thanks a lot to Fatima, Eduardo and Paula - this will surely not be our last stay in Lisbon!

  Beautiful apartment but bathroom needs a very good cleaning

  We stayed in the Chiado apartment, and it is indeed elegant, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location in Lisbon.
  
  However, the bathroom was not very clean. The floor looked like it had not been mopped for several months and the shower had mildew on the walls. We were very disappointed in the bathroom since the rest of the apartment was just wonderful. The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom interfered with our ability to truly relax and enjoy our stay.
  
  We also had to wait for over half an hour outside on the sidewalk with all of our luggage for the person who checked us in on the day we arrived and were not offered any information about our location on the city map. But the check out was smooth and timely.

  apartment, we were really sad to hear your complaints about the
  bathroom, specially because it was the first time we had any complaint about cleaning, a major point for us. We were away that week so we could not meet you personally. Ironically, that week we hired a professional company to do both: reception and cleaning. So we really appreciate your feedback and we will sincerely review with them and our staff all procedures to see what failed so it never happens again. We also feel sorry you did not mention on arrival as we would have immediately sent a new cleaning team. We just hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you again in one of our apartments.   Lo dicho , ha sido un viaje inolvidable al que se sumó un encantador apartamento situado en la localización ideal para moverse por Lisboa de forma sencilla ,está bien comunicado ,es confortable ,en una calle muy tranquila que incluso te permite llegar caminando a muchas zonas de interés de la Lisboa mas autentica.
  No podemos pasar por alto las muy apreciables recomendaciones de Fatima Marques, que muy amablemente nos dio , nos sirvieron para poder hacer la visita de forma ágil sin tener que deambular ,así disfrutando de la ciudad.
