      Nossa estadia na morada Remédios foi perfeita. A aparência externa do prédio é um pouco antiga e isso pode impressionar um pouco na chegada, mas o apartamento é amplo, cozinha bem equipada, banhos quentes com toalheiros elétricos para conforto. Quando estávamos lá, um pequeno problema elétrico na lâmpada da escada no primeiro e segundo andares dificultava o acesso ao apartamento à noite. O staf foi gentil e cuidadoso quanto às informações. Sem dúvida, voltaríamos a locar com a Heart & Soul em uma próxima ida à Lisboa. Só temos a agradecer.

      L'appartamento è come nella descrizione, bello e comodo. Vicino alla fermata della metro e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ci sono dei locali molto carini dove cenare nella stessa via. L'accoglienza i servizi offerti sono molto validi.

      Amazing place! All apartments from Heart and Soul are nicely decorated and in perfect conditions. The service is excellent and they really care about your stay. Eduardo and Paula Miranda, gave us the best recommendations of what to do and what to see there. The localization couldn't be better. I spent one week there and my kids felt like being at home. The best way to visit and really feel Lisbon. Don't stay anywhere else!

      Oliveirinha Villa and apartment in Remedios Street

      We were 5 young people in our late 20s looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in Lisbon. Fatima and Goncalo managed to provide us with wonderful accomodation! Oliveirinha Villa was perfect! It was spacious, well-maintained and had good facilities for us to use. The view from the third floor bedroom was breath-taking and it's easy to get around from the apartment to other parts of Lisbon.
      Another high point for our trip was getting to know Fatima and Goncalo. Fatima was able to help us out when we needed a last minute accomodation due to some transportation issues and she and Goncalo went out of their way to work with us past their working hours and during Christmas Eve as well. For that, we are very grateful! The second apartment we stayed in at Remedios Street was lovely. It had so much character and charm and was again, very well maintained.
      I would like to thank Heart&Soul; Lisbon for making our trip to Lisbon such a memorable one.
      And I would definitely recommend anyone to trust them with good accomodation. =)
      If i were to go back, trust me, i'll contact Heart&Soul; Lisbon again!

      Just a lovely place to stay. Excellent location, and the apartment itself is so lovely we wanted to move in! Plenty of space for the 6 of us. It had three bathrooms, for goodness' sake!

      Enjoyed a long weekend in Lisbon staying in Remedios I with a group of friends. We phoned the agency on arrival and were met with the keys as soon as our taxi arrived at the apartment. In addition we were offered lots of information about the area to help us make the most of our stay. Although we arrived quite late in the evening the local small shops were open enabling us to get supplies for our first night.

      The apartment is beautifully decorated, very welcoming with great facilities.The alfama area is really interesting with windy streets and small art shops and restaurants all over. It's an easy walk to the Castle, Cathedral and the centre of town. The apartment was a real bargain between 6 of us and I would definitely return again and recommend to others.

      The apartment is in the alfama, a great historic location with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I have to talk about how delightfully light, airy, and charming this renovated flat in an old building truly is. There are 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms, all of which are very comfortable. The kitchen is simply adorable, and everything is there for the guests' comfort.location was very close to cheap parking, and adjacent to the main train station.
      The management company is most accommodating, friendly, and eager to help in every way. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon...you will love it too.

      10 of us rented this apartment for a weekend and I have to say that while the pictures were absolutely beautiful, the apartment was even more beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a five star accommodation. It was super clean, the view was lovely, the rooms were more than gorgeous and comfortable. I am recommending this apartment to everyone I know and if I ever go back to Lisbon, I will stay here!!!

      Great area, great service

      Fatima and Eduardo took great care of us, and we were sorry not to meet Fatima in person. She was a great help when we rented the apartment and gave all the information I requested. Eduardo met us on time at the apartment but had actually gone to pick us up at the nearby Metro station. Somehow, we missed him. He took great care to explain everything to us and to recommend restaurants, etc. The alfama is a wonderful area to stay because it's the oldest part of Lisbon and doesn't feel "touristy." We enjoyed meeting (and watching!) neighbors, and we loved the apartment---great sunrise views, and quite spacious for four of us. Very clean and comfortable. We couldn't get a picture on the TV (perhaps the aerial needs to be moved?) and couldn't get the DVD player to work, but no big deal. Not good for young children. Metro is a short walk away as are many major attractions. We enjoyed nearby the flea market, the castle, the other districts---everything. Unfortunately, our dollar wasn't strong against the Euro, so there were no great deals for us.

      Estuvimos en el apartamento 6 amigas en el pasado mes de Julio. Es un lugar espectacular, además de que Fátima, que fue quien nos recibió, nos dio una magnífica bienvenida. Sin lugar a duda, repetiremos este año y volveremos a cualquiera de sus estancias, porque además de nuevas y confortables han conseguido darle la verdadera esencia de Lisboa.       I loved to stay in this apartment! The best light of Lisboa, with this gorgeous view over the Tejo!
      And so confortable! Very nice bathrooms, the bigger room is excellent, calm. The other 2 are ok.
      Kitchen very well equipped, and I keep very good 'souvenirs' from the breakfast at this table, in a sunny June!
      Definetly a good place to stay! Or to live!

      We spent our first few days in Lisbon in this great place. We were two families with 3 teenage-adult kids, so the three bathrooms were ideal. The place is wonderful; it's up-to-date, well appointed and comfortable. And it's in a fabulous location - close to the train and shopping and right in the old historic part of town. Fatima is a wonderful hostess, she was helpful and informative about where to go and what to see.

      good services: available, clean and efficient.

      Very confortable and well equiped flat.
      I was there with two childs, my wife, my parents and my brother. Large flat with 3 toillets and 3 bedrooms (+1 extra bed). Great decoration.

      The single problem I have found was related with parking. No allowed parking nearby the flat.
      Price ok.

      Excelent location on alfama neighbourhood (historical) with easy connections to other touristic places in Lisbon.

      Die Kommunikation klappte sehr gut, der Check inn verlief schnell, sehr nett und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist weitläufig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - alles ist neu. Vom Wohnzimmer, dem sogenannten Masterbedroom und dem kleinen Schlafzimmer (letzteres geht vom Wohnzimmer ab) hat man einen ganz tollen Blick über den meerähnlichen Fluss und kann Kreuzfahrtschiffen beim an- und ablegen zusehen. Auf dem französischen Balkon standen wir nachmittags mit einer Tasse Tee und genossen den ausblick.
      Der dritte Raum ist ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll, man hat einen Blick über einen Hof. Die drei Bäder sind ein zusätzliches Plus, (zwei Bäder geräumig, eines klein, aber mit allem was man braucht, alle modern und sehr geschmackvoll, tolle Dusche). Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Kissen waren zwar ebenfalls neu aber für uns doch etwas zu sperrig und dick. Zum Glück gab es eine zahlreiche Kissenauswahl, so dass wir dann doch noch das richtige gefunden haben. Die Lage des apartments im alfama ist natürlich toll, nachts durch die Gassen zu laufen, draußen zu sitzen, Fisch zu essen, Wein zu trinken, das war ein Traum. Wir haben uns im alfama sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und die kleinen Gassen mit den Orangenbäumen geliebt. Am Wochenende, zumindenst im Sommer, kann es auch nachts auf der Straße etwas laut werden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Es war eine entspannende und luxuriöse Erfahrung.

      More than an apartment, it was like being in the luxury suite of a 5 star hotel in the most beautiful area of town. Everything was perfect: the location close to metro and bus and right into the living heart of alfama, the beautiful river view from 2 rooms, the fully-equipped kitchen, the quietness of the bedrooms on the backside of the flat. Flawless customers service and the price was a bargain... Just great!

      Eduardo was great and he let us choose between a couple of free apartments, he fixed the wireless internet for us, he suggested us where to have dinner (El Patio 13, mark this spot!), where to see a nice fado show and so on... do yourself a favour and trust this review, you won't be disappointed!
