Strategically located in the most prestigious neighborhood of historical center, Chiado,at walking distance from transport and most of interest points in Lisbon, this apartment is the ideal place to discover the city. With 2 large bedrooms (up to 7 guests) it is suitable for small groups of friends or families, and ideal for 2 couples.

It has the extra charm of being in a building classified as city heritage for its famous XIX tiles that cover the facade (3rd floor, no lift).

Details of the apartment:

The apartment has a comfortable living, full of light and a view to the historical center. It has 2 rooms. All can be prepare...d with a double bed or 2 single beds. Besides, the rooms have enough space for extra beds. In the first room, 2 extra beds (sleep max 4) can be prepared and in the second room another extra bed can be placed (sleep max 3). At total, the apartment can have up to 7 guests , sleeping in the rooms and still have the living as a free common area.

There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, what makes it convenient for small groups: family with children, friends, two couples… The kitchen is fully equipped.

Just the best location!

Chiado Trindade II is in the heart of the stylish and trendy neighborhood of Lisbon, called the Chiado area. Surrounded by traditional cafes, all kind of restaurants and the best shops, it has everything less than 5 minutes walk. In fact, hidden in the square just in front of the apartment you can find many good restaurants. And the best is that you can have it all but still be in a quiet place as the apartment is located in calm square in Chiado.

Transport couldn´t be easier, although they will mostly not be necessary as Chiado is in a central position in the historical area, at walking distance (less than 15 minutes) of most of Lisbon interest points like the Castle, Se Cathedral, Alfama and the river.

But if needed, the metro entrance (Baixa-Chiado) is just 2 blocks from the apartments, in the end of the street 2 minutes away. The same place where the famous 28 electric tram passes as well as buses to many areas of the city.

  Went to this apartment with 11 friends on an Extended Stag weekend and Lisbon Half marathon trip.The apartment was clean spacious and well kitted kitchens and plenty of beds and bathrooms for everybody. The veiw out the balcony were great for people watching and catching the evening sun. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance and the metro is at the bottom of the road for getting around the city and getting to airport. When i go back to lisbon i will aim to stay here again

  Living in this historical flat gave us another feeling of Lisboa

  From the beginning, Fatima, Eduardo & Paula were very friendly.
  In May we had to cancel our visit and they also were very considerable with us and our situation.
  The place is great, situated perfectly to reach everything by foot, we like to walk.
  Wireless work very fast (for our teenage children very important)
  Although in the middle of Lisboa, very quite for sleeping.
