We totally like Lisbon and this nice apartments. We even prolonged our stay for five nights more, that how far we liked it. Just ten minutes from the main square, and everything you need is just in two steps from home. The aps are very narrow, and charming. Personal acts friendly and the only thing that was dark in our experience is the shower that made a water flow on a flor not because of us, but actually it's not that dark.. Everything we needed were in the kitchen : coffee machine, washing machine, etc

The Location is great,not far from the train station and in the Residential area which is great. Also is not far from the center. From here you can walk. The house is a bit small but there is everything you need and most of the day you don't stay at home.
The owner are friendly, they give you the useful information you need. -

Très bien situé dans le vieux Lisbonne. Près de la station de train et du métro +/- 15 minutes de marche. Acceuil chalheureux. Fatima nous a donné beaucoup d'infos et de trucs pour les visites, restos et les alentours.Nous étions 6 personnes et nous avions 3 chambres à coucher privées avec nos propres salles de bain respectives. Il faut absoulement vous promener dans ce cartier le soir en y voit et surtout on entend les chanteurs de Fado C'est magnifique!

we really enjoyed our staying there. the apartment is better suited for families than for two couples of friens (ceiling are very thin in Lisbon), but it's really clean and comfortable. Eduardo was tremendously kind and helpfull in suggesting where to go and have dinner and fado and so on.
the apartment is in the very heart of the old city and make you feel a real portoguese. -

This recently-renovated apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors and is located in the historic alfama District. It was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Management communicated promptly and was very friendly, even meeting us late at night and staying to give us an orientation and sightseeing tips (thanks, Fatima!). They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Many historic sights are within walking distance of the apartment and there are some excellent restaurants nearby. It is also close to the Metro station for access to attractions further away. The Fado music collection, bottle of vinho verde, and Wi-Fi were appreciated. For an authentic Lisbon experience at a reasonable price, we highly recommend a stay at this apartment!

We loved staying at the apartment. It was clean and Eduardo met us and explained everything to us. The living area is a bit small but if you only want to have breakfast at the apartment like we did it's ok. We had four adults staying. The area comes to life at night so there are many restaurants to eat at. Parking is easy in the 24 hour parking and the bus service is outstanding.

Our stay has been perfect from the begining to the end. The duplex is modern and clean and perfect for 2 couples or a family thanks to the 2 bathroom and separate floors. The location is so nice, in the centre of popular and most beautifull part of lisboa with the real life from portugal. Eduardo and Fatima are so helpfull and they welcome you as a princess or king! A wonderfull experience, I will recommande your flats to my friends and family when they will need to go there!!!

Excellent location and charm. Owner's personal attention and directions were impressive. The only consideration might be the need to be fit for the wending stairs but that's true of the alfama district itself - which is why we went!

Nous avons eu un super accueil, Eduardo (nous n'avons pas rencontré Fatima) est très gentil et serviable.
Le duplex est idéalement placé au coeur du quartier de l'Alfama, au centre de Lisbonne.

My grown up kids and I stayed at Eduardo's Sao Pedro Duplex for a week and had the best time thanks to Eduardo and his staff. They made my entire stay in Lisbon easy. From providing us with cell phones, arranging for transportation and making sure we had the right sport package at the apartment so we could watch the world cup. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and transportation. I will definitely stay at this place again. Hopefully soon:)
