This apartment is located near Amoreiras with very good accessibility either by public transportation (bus and subway) or car (A5 motorway) direction Estoril / Cascais / Sintra.
It's located in a typical residential area of Lisbon, very well preserved. Nearby (5 min walk) you have Amoreiras Garden and the Aqueduto das Águas livres. Allthough you are in the center of Lisbon, there is no traffic or noise. It's really very quiet and with low level of polution.
You can eat and shop in Amoreiras Shopping Center, where you'll find all services you need (laundry, pharmacy, computer assistance, restaurants, banks, etc)
In front of the building there is a local grocer with everything you need: Fresh bread every morning, fruit and vegetables.
