A classic cape recently remodeled with gourmet kitchen, new cookware, appliances, and updated bathrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs all have new mattresses and updated decor. A central full bath has been upgraded as well.
The master bedroom has a new King bed and an accompanying bathroom with a shower with body tiles. Two living rooms for either watching the 52" flat panel TV or relaxing with a book.

Set back from the main road on a private lane, the property is close to all the Sakonnet Point activities. Biking to the beach, kayaking, shopping all within 3 miles of this home. Little Compton is quiet yet can be a bustling summer town, but maintains its character from years gone by. Stone walls line properties and roads.
Late August and September can be the most spectacular months in LC. Cooler evenings, clear sunny warm days, quiet, all describe that time of year.

We loved our stay at this Little Compton home. It has both the comfort and charm of a summer cottage and all the amenities of a spacious and well-appointed home. The quiet and private setting was perfect for our vacation getaway. We really enjoyed the garden views from the kitchen and the hummingbird feeders attracted lots of visitors! Speaking of the kitchen... it's beautiful - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and lots of natural light...perfect for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and well equipped to make any meal for the beach or home. Eating out on the stone patio and enjoying the lovely yard was another great plus. We had a choice of 2 living rooms so needing a comfortable space to watch TV or having a quiet spot for reading never presented a conflict. Great time... great place...we plan to return.
