This detached cottage is located in the village of Little Fransham in Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Little Flint is a detached cottage near to the village of Little Fransham in Norfolk. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and two bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with a Rayburn cooker and a sitting room with an open fire and a dining room. Step out into the lovely enclosed garden, or take a stroll up to the fishing lakes and sit and watch the local wildlife. There is also off road parking for two cars. Set in beautiful countryside, Little Flint is a fabulous family holiday cottage. One well-behaved pet welcome - £20 supplement per booking.
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Oil Rayburn cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine,dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional logs available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Shared access to fishing ponds. One well-behaved pet welcome - £20 supplement per booking. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: The first floor has low ceilings and doorways and short, steep stairs in keeping with the property. Note: Fishing is available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with owner. A fishing licence is required.
Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways â East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: Little Fransham is a small village in North Norfolk half way between King's Lynn and Norwich. Just six miles from Little Fransham is the delightful market town of Swaffham.
