Bereys Building, is a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool's business district. It is a short walk away from the Pier Head, Liver Buildings, the Mersey Ferry, Albert Dock, Met Quarter and Cavern Quarter. The apartment is ideally located to visit several of Liverpool’s great museums, St George's Hall, theatres, galleries and shopping districts, including the recently opened LIVERPOOL ONE.

We work on a minimum stay of 2 days, particularly on the weekends.
Our general rates are :
Weekend rates :
120 per night for 2 people, add 10 per night per additional guest.
Weekly rates: 85 pounds dor 2 people
Low season and last minute: 400 pounds per week
Summer season, Easter and Christmas : 550 pounds per week.
Spring and Autumn: 500 pounds per week.

ha sido una experiencia impresionante que todos los que hemos id queremos volver a repetir en el mismo sitio, el loft es encantador, rob nos a ayudado en todo lo que le hemos solicitado siempre son una sonrisa si que por volverlo a ver volveria a ir ademas de que el sitio esta muy bien situado, hemos ido andando practicamente a todos los lugares que hemos visitado. definitivamente impresionante todo un 100 para rob willis y para nuria.

Hola
Estuvimos en Enero, 3 noches, eramos 4 personas, y fuuimos a Liverpool para ver un concierto.
El apartamento es precioso, cálido... para ser Enero en Liverpool, ibamos en camiseta por la casa.. la decoración nos encantó,es espacioso, y está en pleno centro de Liverpool, a 3 minutos andando de todo. El edificio es muy moderno, decorado con oleos, y muy bien cuidado, se puede descansar perfectamente porque hay mucho silencio. El edificio tiene un patio interior decorado con plantas y una fuente( alli pasamos buenos ratos)
Tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar, cocina completa, con cafetera, microondas, vajilla... baño completo, ropa de cama y de baño..
La casa dispone de TV de plasma, DVD, teléfono...
Por ultimo decir que tanto Nuria, la dueña de la casa, como Rob, el casero que nos recibió alli ( y su hermana Kate también) fueron encantadores y muy amables.
Nos encantarÃa volver. Un 10! -

We were in this property for two weeks, and were very happy and satisfied with it :)
There is a starbucks and salisbury express foods around the corner, and it is safe and quite, located in the business district. Easy to get around and reccomended :) Bringin a car to this destination is not reccomended itisvery expensive to park anywhere in the UK cities.

My family enjoyed a lot during four days in this modern apartment. It's located in the city centre and it's near all main tourist attractions.
The apartment is decorated with good taste and it has all facilities and details. It's very cosy.
Sincerely, it's an excellent apartment and we would go again. We recommend it to our friends and relatives.
