This modern studio apartment, equipped with high quality equipment is located on Poljanska cesta, step away from river Ljubljanica and within mere steps of main tourist attractions in Ljubljana.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a renovated traditional house with no elevator access.

This duplex studio apartment has on the first floor a living area with a dining corner with a table for three persons, a sofa which falls down to a bed (140 x 200 cm), small writing desk, the living area is extended into a kitchen equipped with domestic appliances, refrigerator, stove with an oven and the dishes. In this storey there is also a entrance... hall and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a bed (140 x 200 cm) and wardrobes.

Apartment Mija is fully equipped with cooking utensils, toaster, cutlery, iron along with ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The private parking lot is approx. 550 m away from the apartment (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m). Reservations must be made in advance. Daily price is 12 €.

Prices are increased by 50% for 1 day stay, 30% for 2 and 3 days stay, 10% for 4 days stay and by 30% from 28 December to 3 January. For the New Year minimum period of stay is 4 days. In the period of Easter holidays the minimum length of stay is 4 days and the prices are higher by 10%. In the period of Fairs, Congresses and other significant events the prices are increased.

The rental price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths and standard final cleaning at departure. The surcharge for additional cleaning of kitchen (dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, tableware, etc.) is 48 EUR - the surcharge for additional final cleaning at departure is charged according to the price list.
The cost of telephone use is calculated according to the price list.
Internet and TV are free of charge.
Security deposit: 100 EUR per accommodation.

Terms of payment: payment on departure. For payments on arrival in cash only, we offer 2% discount for stays over 7 days.
Method of payment: in cash, showing on account, with credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners.
Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental.
Terms of reservation: apartment can be rented or reserved while unoccupied and unreserved. Reservation is completed by paying the reservation fee or by authorizing us to use your credit card for the payment of the reservation fee by providing us with the type, number, expiry date of the credit card, address of the credit card holder (at American Express) and security number.
Canceling reservations: guests have the right to the return of the reservation fee with written cancellation of residence:
- to 30 days before arrival: 80% reservation fee
- from 29 to 22 days before arrival: 60% reservation fee
- from 21 to 15 days before arrival: 40% reservation fee
- from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 20% reservation fee
- from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, the reservation fee is not returnable
If the reservation is cancelled in less than one day before the arrival is due – or on the day of the arrival – the whole amount of the agreed stay up to the length of one week should be paid and as well 30% of the agreed amount for the remaining days.
In stays that are shorter than originally agreed upon with the reservation the daily prices are calculated according to the currently valid pricelist.
Arrivals take place from 2 pm to 6 pm and departures up to 10 am, unless agreed upon otherwise.
All services are payable in EUR.
Guest is obliged to comply with the rules and house order laid down in the guestbook. Any caused damage shall be charged according to the pricelist.
The guest is bound to apply for reclamation at the reception on the same day an irregularity is found, in writing within 8 days of completing residence. In other cases, reclamation will not be considered.
For certain rental cases, different conditions of residence can be negotiated (in written form), as stated in this general notice and conditions of residence.

  It is nearly two years since we stayed in this stylish yet very charming apartment. It had everything we needed and was located perfectly for all types of sightseeing in Ljubljana sightseeing. It was an excellent value as well. We were traveling with our extended family and they all enjoyed their apartments as well. They were located in separate buildings, but were quite close to ours. I would defninitely recommend getting an apartment if you will be in Ljublana for more than three days . Our next visit may be in 2014, and I hope we can again arrange for this lovely apartment.
