Apartment is cozy, two room apartment: one room is bedroom with one double bed and nice view on Ljubljana. Second room is living room where is also another double bed. Apartment has big dining area for 4 guests, large kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and toilet.
Available Wi-Fi internet connection.
Parking is next to building.
Apartment is for non-smokers, however smokers can enjoy on balcony.
It's great location for those who want to be away from busy streets of centre and would like to avoid paying for parking in city's centre.

Me and my wife spent 5 lovely days in Ljubljana and the apartment was all we wished for. Perfect location since you can have a nice short walk through the Tivoli park to the city center or you have the public transport available almost in front of the apartment. I never saw such a big TV screen in any of the rental apartments and fast free wifi in every room. It was clean spotless and all the necessary equipment available so our vacation was just unforgettable. Thank you and see you soon.

I really enjoyed staying here on my first visit to Slovenia. The owner(s) picked me up and returned me to the train station, even though they were expecting the birth of their child at any moment! Although it was not far, I had a fair amount of luggage, so that was helpful. Being on the 6th floor, there are great views of mountains and historic buildings when its clear. You can also see some of the trees in Tivoli Park. The unit is not far from the elevator and the building is next to a nice grocery store and bank with aTM. Overall, it was quiet and restful. Being close to the train and bus stations, it was easy to visit nearby attractions like Lake Bled and Skojcan Caves. It was nice walking to Old Town and there are bakeries, cafes, post office, etc. on the way. They keep the environment clean with many recycling and compost bins, plus bike lanes.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for several nights in September while on honeymoon. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and incredibly clean. We also really appreciated the washing machine and drying line.
In terms of location, it's a bit of a hike from the city centre, but very close to the lovely Tivoli Park.
A huge bonus is that it's also near a Bicikelj bicycle station. Once we had paid our 1 Euro registration fee, we enjoyed the use of these bikes all week long. They cut our travel time to the old city to just 10 minutes. It made the distance a complete non-issue, as the city is set up beautifully for cyclists.
Finally, the owners provided a great Slovenian guide book that beat the one we had with us hands-down. All around a great place to stay. -

The owner of this pleasant apartment was very helpful and courteous. She provided us with plenty of contact material and advice.
The apartment is very well appointed, with excellent kitchen equipment and a widescreen tv and wifi access. The livingroom is large and there are lots of storage spaces all over the apartment. The building is very secure and we felt that we and our possessions were safe there. The town centre is about 10 minutes walking distance but you can also get there on a 3 minute bus ride as one of the busiest bus routes is nearby. You will never be more than 3-4 mins. waiting for a bus. There is an excellent supermarket next door along with an aTM. We felt very at home there and were sorry to leave. Hoping to see lovely Slovenia again as we didn't get to see the half of it! Only complaint - the settees in living room well due for retirement. Everything else was tiptop down to plentiful supply of towels and extra bedding. Also, its a nice quiet locality even though its near a main road. -

The apartment is very cosy, clean and new. The space within each room is comfortable, also with the sofa bed opened in the living room. In the kitchen you can find everything you need.. (even some unexpected utensils very useful :o) Maybe the noise when the windows are opened could be a little bit boring. But it never stops us from sleeping.
Then the situation of this apartment is really significant.. You can let your car there and go walking, biking or by bus to the city centre. It's less than 20 minutes and you also can go for a stroll in the Tivoli park very close to the apartment.
And if you're not rich enough to have all your diners down town, there's a convenience market next to the building ;o)
About the owner...She's a really cool person! She gave us perfect advises about the city and the country itself.We changed our plans and didn't regret it at all! She was very helpful and understanding about our appointments time.
L'appartement est vraiment sympa, et ensoleillé.
La cuisine est bien équipée (sans lave-vaisselle, mais certains accessoires inespérés s'y trouvaient !) et la supérette au pied de l'immeuble peut toujours servir, pour réduire les budgets. Il y a un peu de bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont grandes ouvertes, mais cela ne suffit pas à descendre la note de l'appartement.
La proximité avec le centre est, elle aussi à noter : à pied, à vélo ou en bus, en moins d'une demi-heure le centre est rejoint. Et la balade offre des pauses agréables au Parc de Tivoli par exemple.
Quant à la propriétaire.. Une crème ! D'une gentillesse rare (mais pas obséquieuse...), de très bons conseils (suivis et jamais regrettés), souriante, elle s'est tout à fait dédiée à notre présence et a chaque fois accepté nos changements d'heure de rendez-vous pour remises des clés.
Je conseille vraiment cet appartement dans son rapport qualité-prix et dans le contact avec les gens sur place.

What I really appriciated was the distance from the center is so close and the naghbrhood is so quite. The apartment was very clean and in good condition.
The owner service was very good, he was always available and in time. Another great thing about this place is Park Tivoli which is 5minuts walking distance.

The owner was very helpful, providing the information on what to do and see in Ljubljana and Slovenia. We recommend going to historic Neboticnik skyscraper - it has the best views of the city and stunning architecture!
The apartment is quite spacious and clean with good views of the alps. While not strictly in the city centre, it is only 15 minutes walk through lovely Tivoli Park. Even better, city bikes are available free of charge next to the apartment - we discovered Ljubljana is best discovered by bike. Plenty of public parking spaces are available at the apartment so we left our car there for the whole duration of our stay.
