The instructions on how to find this gem were excellent, the home was spotlessly clean most welcoming.
The facilities provided were excellent all you want for a relaxing break.
The views were to dry for , no wonder the owner has difficulty leaving each time they visit

The view first morning On its own

Amazing setting for a very well furnished cottage

Left on 12/01/2011 for a stay in October 2011

On arrival the cottage was acceptably clean, very well furnished and equipped and in a delightful, quiet setting with wonderful views (when the misty wet weather let us see them). It was lovely to be able to have our dogs with us and to be able to walk out of the front door and for miles with no danger from traffic. The weather was terrible, so we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked of North Wales, but what we did see was amazing, both mountains and beaches. Blaenau Ffestiniog is not very special on a wet October day, a very run-down and unattractive town.

A beautiful cottage, with a great 'feel' to it, stunning views.

Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in June 2011

This is a beautiful cottage and you can tell its well cared for. The caretaker keeps it very clean. The views are absolutely stunning. The only thing that spoilt it was the forestry road - you have to travel about a mile along this road to get to the cottage and most of the road is particularly bad with pot holes. But that is my only 'moan'. We had a lovely holiday and pot holes or not we would definitely visit again.

      Stunning place to stay

Left on 03/10/2011 for a stay in December 2010

From start to finish this Cottage was amazing. The service from the owner was great giving us clear directons and making us feel at home before we had arrived.
From the stunning log fire to the breath taking views it was perfect for the get away from it all break we were all looking for.
The local attractions were good, all the information about the local area could be found either on the owners web site or in the cottage.
The only thing we didnt like about the cottage was we had to leave, but already booking again for this summer.

      Heaven on earth

Left on 02/08/2011 for a stay in December 2010

This is the second time we have stayed here. We were lucky enough to arrive in clear weather before the snow arrived. Once it arrived - what a place to be! Peaceful, comfortable, well equipped - nowhere better to be snowed in. The owners have thought of everything, making it so enjoyable to stay. The neighbours were helpful, and very attentive to the fact that we were snowed in! We cannot recommend this cottage, its location etc enough. We have every intention of returning - more than once! Bliss.
