This stone-built semi-detached cottage is set in the village of Llanbedr, three miles from Harlech and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Trevlyn is a semi-detached, stone-built cottage situated in a riverside location in the village of Llanbedr within the Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms consisting of one kingsize double, one double and one single bedroom as well as a family bathroom. This charming cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner in the dining area. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking opposite the cot...tage and a rear south facing garden with slate and decked sitting areas and garden furniture. Trevlyn is a perfect holiday home for a small family or couple who wish to explore this lovely area.

Amenities: Wall mounted electric heaters with woodburner in dining area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, combi TV/DVD with Freeview. First £15 of electricity inc. in rent, rest by keymeter (can be charged up at shop, 2 mins walk). Fuel for woodburner can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking opposite cottage. Rear south-facing garden with crushed slate and decked sitting areas with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Shell Island beach 2 miles. Note: Check in time is 4pm, check out is 11am.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of Llanbedr boasts shops and a pub and is set next to the River Artro. Harlech is a small town situated only three miles from Llanbedr and offers a 13th century castle, Royal St. David’s golf course, shops and restaurants. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  I was most impressed with the standard of this rental - the decor was very tasteful, the kitchen surprisingly well equipped, and village has a small number of good shops, including a butcher and the sort of deli shop rarely seen outside North London. The pub across the road has good beer and a nice garden. The house has been fully insulated to a high standard and has a wood burner stove to supplement the electric heating. The house is supplied with a £15 electric credit which was enough to last two of us the (coldish) week that we stayed - the meter is topped up at the local shop. The bed was very comfortable and the house was off the main road, although I suspect that it might be a bit noisier in the summer as it is on the direct route to the beach. There is a nice terrace at the back which gets the sun most of the day (sun is an optional extra in Wales).
  
  Parking outside the property was easy and it is relatively near a train station.
  
  Mobile reception in the area is quite poor and I needed to go to the top floor to get a weak signal. There is no WiFi in the property. However, these all make it quite a peaceful stay as you are no longer hassled by the electronics!

  Clean, comfortable cottage in a great location

  We stayed in this cottage for a week in February this year. It was a great cottage - clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out. The location was good too, the village of Llanbedr is very pretty and the cottage is located opposite a lovely river. The cottage is near the coast, within striking distance of Snowdon and Cader Idris and there are plenty of things to do and see around the area. All in all a very relaxing week in a lovely cottage.
