This quality detached cottage in Llanbedr sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Tre Coed is a quality detached cottage in Llanbedr. It has a double room with TV and en-suite, a twin room with TV and a ground floor double with TV, en-suite and access to outside sitting area. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen has a dining area and there are two sitting rooms. Outside is a utility room, off road parking for three cars and lovely gardens with furniture, summerhouse, lawned and gravelled areas, a BBQ and chiminea. Tre Coed makes a lovely year-round base for families, friends or walkers to enjoy this beautiful part of Snow...donia.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 x TV with FreeSat, 3 x TVs with Freeview, 2 x DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Beautiful rear garden with gravelled sitting areas, lawn, terraced rockeries, two fenced ponds, summerhouse, furniture, BBQ and chiminea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Two fenced ponds in garden. Note: Due to ground floor bedroom, this cottage may be suitable for accompanied disabled and wheelchair users.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Boasting its own mild climate because of its unusual position between The Rhinogs and the golden beaches of the North Wales coastline, and offering an abundance of wildlife and birds, the charming village of Llanbedr also offers a good choice of local shops and a superb pub. The nearby town of Harlech is popular with golfers because it’s home to the famous Royal St. David's course, Dominated by the magnificent 13th century castle, Harlech also offers a variety of amenities including good quality restaurants. Barmouth is eight miles away and here you will find an incredible Panorama Walk with spectacular views, and a harbour from which you can hop on a ferry to Fairbourne and discover its miniature railway or take mackerel fishing trips out to sea. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Excellent property lovely gardens really friendly owner who is always on hand if you have any problems.
  Local area has pub hotel with public bar and a small number if local shops.
  Area is good base for exploring would go again.

  2 miles to beach, and 3 miles to the world famous Harlech castle. 5 minutes from village pubs and shop.
