This stone built, terraced cottage is set in the village of Llanbedr and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Artro View is a 19th century, stone built terraced cottage in the village of Llanbedr in North Wales. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one single, as well as a bathroom with Spa bath. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside there is roadside parking and an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This cottage was absolutely lovely, as it was above all spacious and comfortable. Everything you could have wished for was there, and it was beautifully clean. The only thing was, the lighting in the bedroom was not so that you could read in bed easily, which we love to do. It was one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. The village was attractive and you could buy the basic things you needed. It was in a good position to explore North Wales and we went on five steam railways which was wonderful.
The service we received fro Sykes and from the owner was excellent. Thank you!

ChesterCosy house - bit of new and old, nice location ...

We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was well equipped though problems at first turning on the oven. However the Owner was very helpful with our query and prior to the holiday.
Possible improvement - think the garden needs a bit of attention/access could be improved. Not as private as hoped for. However, would stay again as location handy for local area, shop, pub and river walk.
