Beautiful French Provencal stone cottage set in private indigenous garden overlooking Llandudno beach. The cottage was lovingly built with exceptional attention to detail, including stone floors, high beamed ceilings, antique light fittings, French wrought iron work and wooden shutters.
It comprises a double bedroom with French doors leading onto private gravel patio with sea and mountain views and breakfast table shade by tall proteas, bathroom with bath and shower tiled in travertine (also mountain views!), lounge with kitchenette and covered "sundowner" patio with magnificent sea views.

Situated in the spectacular enclave of Llandudno which is on the Altantic coast between Camps Bay and Hout Bay. Llandudno beach with its fine white sand and curling surfing waves is one of the finest in Cape Town, but due to the limited parking is kept unspoilt and for used mainly by locals. Shops and restaurants are a 5min drive away and Table MOuntain 10min, V&A; Waterfront 25min, Constantia Winelands 20min and Cape POint 35min.The sunsets over the Altantic Ocean viewed from the cottage patio are spectacular.

I can hardly believe how fortunate we were to find this treasure of a property to explore the Cape Town area. We found the location to be convenient to everything we wanted to do--Cape of Good Hope, exploring Simon's Town and other small coastal towns, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, and getting back into town to take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain. The home was charming--beautifully decorated (shabby chic,) pleasant out door sitting with spectacular views of the ocean which is just a short walk away through a path in the woods. Stunning gardens too. Didn't feel a big need to even leave the property, it was all so beautiful. Llandudno beach was breathtaking and we enjoyed our evening walks and sunsets. The surfers were fun to watch too. Lots of history tied into the area and beach and Vicky has a book on that. Vicky was a perfect host. Super helpful. Gave us good advice on where to explore next as we were continuing on our vacation. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely to recommend, everything you might probably need in this cosy and well-designed cottage is thought of! So even on a rainy day this is a perfect place to relax. Llandudno itself is a really nice residential area with a perfect beach and stunning sunsets. Thanks, Vicky, for your hospitality!

Man kann kaum beschreiben, wie schön es ist. Das kleine Cottage ist wunderschön und perfekt zu zweit. Alles ist da, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sehr schön und das Bad einfach perfekt. Von der Terrasse schaut man direkt aufs Meer und ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Wasser. Mit etwas Glück und dem richtigen Timing kann man Wale in der Bucht sehen, während man es sich mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse gemütlich macht. Zum Haus gehört ein sehr freundlicher Hund, der aufpasst - wenn er wach ist. Vicky, die Vermieterin ist - typisch Südafrika - sehr nett und entspannt. Mehr geht, aus meiner Sicht, nicht.

Petit paradis is the most beautiful self-catering places I've seen. The little house on three floors is very nicely furnished with attention to details. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to eat every evening at petit paradis on the veranda or in the little garden. the direct view from the veranda onto the sea is just marvelous. Just the perfect place to wind down.

Petit Paradis is a haven of peace and quiet in a fabulous location overlooking the beautiful beach at Llandudno. The cottage has been carefully designed and furnished in a French Provençal style and is set in its own lovely garden which is full of indigenous plants. There are several little sitting areas around the cottage depending on whether you want to sit in the sun or in shade, and two very comfortable loungers on a small patio area overlooking the sea. Petit Paradis is just a few minutes away from Hout Bay with its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and craft markets. We chose Petit Paradis because we wanted to relax for a few days after a busy family holiday in the Cape, and it was perfect. Well equipped and serviced every day. Beautiful views from our own hideaway. A perfect spot that I would recommend, and one that I'd love to revisit some day.

Llandudno is really a paradise for visitors of the Cape. Petit Paradis is the perfect hide-away. Lovely place to stay with a wonderful view of Llandudno beach. The cottage is very comfortable & has a nice & quiet terrace with lot's of privacy. And the owner Vicky is very helpful in finding all the nice places around the Cape. Definitely the perfect place for stay at Capetown

Le Petit Paradis is a beautifully designed cottage overlooking the atlantic Ocean surrounded by luxuriant gardens. Only a short walk through the milkwood trees to a stunning beach where the sunset can be enjoyed with a glass of wine.
The patio and terrace provide sun or shade as required as well as privacy and fabulous views and the pool is but a step away up the drive.
The cottage is comfortable and delightfully furnished. Excellent self-catering facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Llundudno is only a short drive from the delights of Camps Bay and a good selection of shops at Hout Bay. The daily maid service is very good.
Above all, the management is superb - Vicky is always charming and helpful.
We've been comming for 8 years and it has become a home-from-home

We had a great 5 days staying at Petit Paradis. It has a good location looking out to sea and we saw whales and dolphins from the terrace. We were made to feel very welcome, and the cottage is extremely comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated/furnished. We would certainly recommend and look to stay again. Many thanks Vicky.

Tastefully decorated little stone cottage with a lot of ambience. Lovely sea views and own well- groomed indigenous garden. Embroidered bedlinen and comfortable bathroom. Extended terrace with loungers provide additional living space. Kitchen appliances basic. An adorable Staffordshire terrier to keep you company.

Vicky was a perfect host/landlady who could not have done more to make us feel at home. The furnishings are simple, homely and comfortable. The cottage is beautifully situated with a sunny terrace and easy, but steep, access to the beach. The pool is only a few steps away. Camps Bay is less than 20 minutes away and Hout Bay 10 minutes - both have plenty of restaurants and facilities. The best thing is the privacy, with comfort. The worst thing is leaving!

The location is stunning with most magnificent views! The cottage is perfect for a relaxed self-catering holiday and has all the necessary comforts, whilst being away from the city hustle and bustle yet conveniently close. Highly recommended! We will certainly stay over again in future.
