Set in the quiet village of Llanegryn, this 19th Century end-terrace cottage is a stone-built property in the lovely Dysynni Valley. Situated in the Snowdonia region, where the mountains meet the sea, this charming holiday home offers a wonderful cottage atmosphere, seamlessly combined with modern facilities. Close by is the seaside town of Tywyn, the harbour village of Aberdovey and the Talyllyn Steam Railway – all of which... provide visitors with a great day out – as well as the incredible Snowdonia National Park. Guests to this cosy cottage can also enjoy the region's excellent cycling, climbing, biking, bird watching, horse riding and golf facilities.

Town: Located in the beautiful Dysynni Valley, Llanegryn is a small, quiet village set in the south of the Snowdonia National Park. Only four miles from the bustling coastal town of Tywyn, Llanegryn is well placed for anyone looking to enjoy the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Steam Railway. This lovely little transport network boasts a seven mile track with runs through some of the most wonderful countryside in Britain, passing both the stunning Talyllyn Lake and the imposing Mount Cader Idris. Tywyn also boasts a long sandy beach: a favourite with families and water sport enthusiasts, especially surfers. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
