Adults only in this peaceful riverside cabin, which sleeps two in one double bedroom with king-size bed, in Llangynog village near the Berwyn Mountains. A wonderful riverside retreat, this detached cedar wood cabin sits at the head of the River Tanat in Llangynog. The cabin is contemporary and well-equipped, with a double bedroom with king-size bed, stylish shower room and an open plan lounge with massive picture window which really lets the outside in, and allows guests to enjoy the unique riverside setting all throughout the year. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

wonderful place to stay. Val and Mike great people salt of the earth. we were snowed in and they let us stay an extra day, gave us bread milk and eggs.No charge, helped us every way they could, cannot thank them enough. The cabin could not be better , towels bedding all provided, perfect . Snug and very warm even with at minus 5. the walks and views spectacular.We will be back and recommend it to anyone especial nature lovers. We saw the otter birds of prey and many small birds. Cosy and warm... a real home from home that was made even more so by the Christmas decorations put up by Mike and Val. The cottage had everything we needed and more to prepare our Christmas meal and more. The views are amazing and if you love walking and water then this place is just perfect.

This was my first stay in a cottage and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was great, it had everything that we needed. Very clean and modern, fully equipped. The views were spectacular and this cottage could not have been in a better location. The sound of the river right outside the door was very relaxing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We hiked various trails and the experience was amazing. We were very sad to leave and we still miss it. We felt very safe and welcomed.

River's Nest was a wonderful, peaceful location. The accomodation had everything you could possibly need and the owner was very friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate in booking here again.

Immaculately clean and spacious dining/lounge with great views of the wildlife on the river ,(feet away from the patio doors).Lovely to sit on the balcony with the evening meal and watch the river bable by.Everything you needed in the spotless kitchen and the welcome we got was second to none.To end I will consider taking this break again.
