found the property very good for a large party very good value for money.the hosts were very welcoming and dealt with any problems quickly.we were very impressed with the pottery, and can't thank Barbara enough for allowing full access after hours,so we could try and make things for presents etc.there were always plenty of excursions during the day to more than fill the time. all in all a very good property to rent, and would certainly recommend a visit if in north Wales.

on arrival we thought the barn was fantastic it is beautiful the owners should be proud, but unfortunatley the cleanliness was not what it should be.the two cookers and microwave were not clean and we found dishes in the cupboard dirty which was a real shame to say the least.also on top of that there were two seperate occasions where 6 of us had to finish our shower in cold water because the hot had run out.it is a lovely place though and very spacious.. but to improve it the owners should check it over when the cleaners are done
