Five bedroom villa sleeping 12 people and offering luxury accommodation. The interior of the villa is very spacious with a large open plan lounge and dining room. A breakfast area leads off the kitchen. From the lounge there are three large patio doors leading out to a large balcony, suitable for eating al-fresco. Three of the bedrooms downstairs lead out onto the pool and terrace area. Here, there is a swimming pool (8x4m) surrounded by landscaped gardens and a large terraced area with sunbeds, tables, chairs and parasols to enjoy the sun. There is a barbecue area for outside dining. There is a children's play area, sports facilities, restau...rant and supermarket within a 5 mins walk of the villa. The villa is situated between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar and is approximately a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach. There is something to do for the whole family either a more relaxing experience in the traditional town of Tossa or the more lively town of Lloret.

Kitchen
Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with oak units and granite work tops. Includes cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Leading from the kitchen is a breakfast room and adjoining balcony.
Living room
Open plan with a spacious lounge, ample sofas, TV/DVD... 3 patio doors lead onto a large terrace. The dining room is adjacent to the lounge and leads to the fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room. There is a double bedroom and full bathroom on this floor.
Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service
Towels and linen for the bathrooms and beds are provided and at a cost of 10 € per person. The house will be cleaned for the arrival of new clients and there is a final cleaning charge of 100 € per booking. If an interim clean is required, this will be extra.

On the urbanisation is a restaurant with swimming pool, supermarket, childrens play area and other sports facilities.
Notes on accomodation
As you enter the house, you will find a large open plan and spacious living area which is attractively furnished with large sofas, TV and DVD. There is a dining table for 12 people. The dining room is adjacent to the lounge and leads to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room. Three patio doors open onto a large terrace. There is a bathroom and a double bedroom on this floor. A staircase leads down to the ground floor where you will find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the living areas and bedrooms have air-conditioning (except for the bedroom with the bunk-beds). There is also a washing machine room outside the villa. Pets are considered, please consult. High chair and cot available on request.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Coast / Beach
The villa is situated in the heart of the Costa Brava on the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, arguably on the best stretch of coastline in Europe. There are beautiful coves all along this coastline, some of which you will see on the photographs, within a driving distance of 5 minutes. This is excluding the main beaches in Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, which are approximately 10 minutes and 5 minutes driving distance away respectively.
Travel
This is about a 35 minute drive away. You can reach Barcelona airport in about 1 hour and a half. The Costa Brava is very picturesque and there are many things to see and do in the mountains and hills from sporting facilities to seeing the medieval villages you can find away from the coast. A car is essential if you rent this villa but this will allow you to explore the best of the Costa Brava.
Distances
The nearest town is Lloret de Mar and in the other direction Tossa de Mar which are approximately a 5 minute and 10 minute drive respectively away from the house. The city of Girona is a 45 minute drive and Barcelona 1½ hour. There are many other attractive towns and villages perfect to visit for an excursion.
Further details
The local towns have a wide variety of restaurants offering many different cuisines at very reasonable prices. Also there are flamenco shows, traditional sardana dancing in the squares, local and international bars, nightclubs, ten pin bowling, daily and weekend markets, festivals and fireworks at different times of year. Tossa de Mar is referred to as the jewel in the Costa Brava as it has an important castle on the beach and Lloret de Mar is a larger town with many bars and restaurants.Read more

There is a final cleaning charge of 100 € and a charge for linen and house towels of 10 € per person.
When we send the reservation form we ask for 25% of the rental amount as a deposit at the time of booking. The final payment of 75% of the rental amount is due two months before arrival along with the final cleaning charge, the appropriate charge for linen and towels and a 500-800 € refundable security deposit (depending on the size and make up of the group).
We advise travel insurance to cover for all eventualities.
