Bella roma is a wonderful villa on quiet location. It is situated against the green hills only 6 km from the lively Lloret de Mar. This beautiful renovated maisia (160 m2) has kept its historic characteristics during its recent renovation. With a lovely private swimming pool and built on 500m2 of fenced ground this villa offers a great deal of privacy. The well known fishing village Lloret de Mar is situated in the beautiful costal region Costa Brava, approximately 30 km south of Gerona and 6 km from the authentic Tossa de Mar. Ll...oret de Mar is a popular and busy holiday resort. There is a lot on offer for the tourist. The long sand beach with all possible water sports, the boulevard, the old town centre with cosy small streets and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. And of course the nightclubs, dancings, tennis courts, a dolfinarium, a golf course, a water park, miniature golf, and last but not least all the cultural sights. If you want to escape from it all, only a short drive away you will find the peaceful and green landscape. On the inland route you will find lots of old picturesque villages, where you can still find the old traditional handicraft such as pottery and basket making. Of course you cannot miss a visit to Tossa de Mar with the old city centre ’Vila Vella’ and the metropolis Barcelona only an hours drive away. The modern furnishing of this villa is well taken care of. You have a wonderful view from the spacious terrace around the pool and from the balcony. You will enter this villa on the 1st floor. On this floor you will find the cosy living room with dining set, satellite flatscreen TV, stereo set and fire place. On the same floor you will also find the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. De modern kitchen is equipped with all necessities like an oven, microwave and dishwasher. Via a winding staircase you will reach the ground floor where you will find another two spacious bedrooms, a luxuriously equipped bathroom with massage shower and a separate space with a washing machine. For your comfort the whole villa has gas heating. The bedrooms have direct access to the south-facing terrace. The terrace at the rear of the villa has a beautiful view and accommodates a private pool, a garden set and deckchairs. Upon reserving this villa, the availability will be checked with the owner.
