This stone-built cottage is situated beside the River Gwril in Llwyngwril, and sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Tan y Bryn is a semi-detached cottage in the pretty village of Llwyngwril, in the Snowdonia National Park. With two bedrooms, a double and a family room with adults bunks and a single bed, this property sleeps a total of five. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an Inglenook fireplace housing a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking and a front patio with furniture and a chiminea. With so much to do in this lovely area. Tan y Bryn makes an ideal base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking via bridleway for 2 cars in front of cottage, additional FOC parking in the village car parks approx. 5 mins walk. Front patio area with garden furniture and chiminea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via a 10 metre, single track bridleway which may be unusable for cars in adverse weather.

Town: Set between the splendour of the Snowdonia Mountains and the stunning golden beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline, the pretty village of Llwyngwril offers visitors a beautiful base from which to tour this stunning part of Wales. With excellent walks, a variety of wild flowers and many species of birds that flock to the area's sheltered beaches and rock pools, this lovely village is a great place for bird watchers. The 16th Century church, pleasant pub, well reputed Gallery Café and picturesque riverside setting also adds to the village’s charm. Nearby, visitors can enjoy a trip on the narrow gauge railway which runs from the nearby beautiful sandy beach at Fairbourne to the sweeping sand dunes at Barmouth. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We had a most enjoyable stay in this cottage, which was very homely and well equipped. Although parking was a little restricted once we had found the car park on way to beach it was easier to leave it there.The pub round the corner did nice meals and served good beer, was busy at weekends.Good location for walking and shorts trips to Barmouth and surrounding areas.Great sunsets down at beech just talk a few drinks and enjoy the evening there.Overall we would recommend this as a nice get away for a quiet week especially sat in front of log fire.
