This detached cottage is situated close to the village of Llwyngwril and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Pen-y-Bryn is a lovely detached cottage, set on a hillside, close to the village of Llwyngwril, three miles from Fairbourne. This cottage has three floors over which the accommodation is spread. It sleeps six people and has three bedrooms, consisting of two king-size doubles and a twin, all with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and a sitting room with a French door. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a raised decked area with furniture. Pen-y-Bryn is an ideal fa...mily holiday home for exploring the local area and spending time on the beach.

Raised decked area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. Note: Some moderate road noise might be heard when outside the property. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.   Absolutely sensational house.

  The house was absolutely sensational. We drove past it at first, partly because the directions said it was the second house on the right but the first house actually isn't visible coming from Dolgellau and, secondly, because it looked too beautiful to be a rental house. On the TV, they talk about the "wow" factor. This house has it in abundance. I could run out of superlatives. Every room has a wonderful view of the sea. There's even a great choice of Dvds, CDs and books..something to suit everyone.
  
  The only downside is that the beach is really just a shoreline with a narrow stretch of sand and a wide stretch of boulders and pebbles. It isn't easy to walk anywhere because of lack of pavement and the narrow, twisting road. However, there are plenty of lovely places to go by road...Aberdovey, King arthur's Labyrinth.
  
  There were four toilets but no toilet rolls at all. Luckily we had taken some. As we didn't know the area and the proximity of shops, I thought it would have been wonderful to find even a small container of milk to welcome us. Minor, fussy points really considering how fantastic the property is.
  
  We all loved the space, the views from every room, the peace. We wanted a relaxing holiday after a stressful time this year and that is exactly what we had.
