Left on 05/13/2013 for a stay in May 2013
We stayed with friends for a week in a courtyard cottage. The location is superb if you want to get away from it all and the cottage was well equipped and spotless.
We were extremely disappointed that the main bathroom had no shower facilities and that caused us difficulties during our stay as there was nowhere for the couple with the bathroom to wash their hair. The double bed was only 4'6" and had a duvet that only just fitted the bed with a duvet cover that was far too large. We paid £10 for towels prior to arriving and were astounded that £10 is for one bath sheet and one hand towel, we consider £40 for 4 of each for a week to be profiteering of the highest order and recommend that people bring their own towels.
The Wifi is too unreliable if you need to run a business and for that reason alone we will not be returning.
If you want a week in beautiful scenery this could be the place for you but it isn't 4 star.Response from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 05/15/2013

Thank you for your response. We are always happy to hear the comments our visitors make and we certainly do take them on board. With regard to our wi-fi connection, it is a constant bug bear that we are 6 miles from our local rural exchange and cannot offer super city speeds. We do however advertise this fact on our website and I can only apologise if it inconvenienced your business in any way. Let's hope that BT and the government follow through on their promise to upgrade these rural exhcnages. We are currently upgrading our bathrooms. Two of the cottages now have en-suites shower rooms, together with bath and shower in the main bathroom. Fisherman's and Stalker's are due for upgrading over the next few months to include a shower in the bathroom, as well as in the existing en-suite shower room. Again we do advertise that the £10 charge for towels includes a bath sheet and a hand towel but that you can choose to bring your own towels if you prefer. From 2014 we will be including two sets of complimentary towels for each booking. We are sorry that you do not wish to return back to Tomich, where a warm friendly welcome would await. Anything good other reviewers say is true. The place meets many requirements. In my case we were a group (19) of walkers looking for the perfect base. In Tomich Holidays we found it.
The accommodation in the Courtyard Cottages was everything you could want with the addition of a swimming pool for easing the aches of a long walk, and a drying room for the very few occasions we say rain.
The location was a walker’s delight with a good number of short and long walks from the accommodation and some serious hills a short drive away. Add to this a hotel / pub / restaurant at the foot of the drive. A walkers delight! -

Great to return to Tomich holidays after a break of 7 years. Stayed in the courtyard cottages for the first time and pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable they were. We were fortunate to have blue skies but freezing temperatures making the surrounding countryside even more spectacular. Anyone visiting has to take a trip to Glen affric. We will definitely be back again.

We have visited Tomich Holidays several times in both summer and autumn and never tire of coming here. We like the woodland lodges which are basic but comfortable and quite spacious. The fresh air and scenery are great, and the Tomich arms Hotel 2 minutes walk away is a bonus. My son left his mobile phone in the lodge, but it was promptly sent to us at home by Gina.

We have had many lovely holidays at the cottages at Tomich Holidays. The Courtyard Cottages are delightful, well equipped and comfortable, representing excellent value for money. There are great walks on the doorstep in some of Scotland's most beautiful and scenic countryside. Thoroughly recommend a holiday here, especially if you truly want to get away from it all.

Comfortable and peaceful holiday destination in the beautiful surroundings of the Scottish Highlands. Warm welcome received and would highly recommend if you need to get away from it all for a few days or longer.

Booked quite late in august 2012 and was very happy with the service. Booking was efficient and it was possible for us to extend our stay.
If you like being somewhere beautiful, rural and love the outdoors, then this is for you. Walking and cycling possible from the holiday centre. Within a short drive more great walks are nearby. Further afield, Inverness is not too far. While at Tomich, we visited north of Inverness, Ullapool and the summers islands, Nairn, Inverness, Aviemore, Ben Nevis and Fort William. Then off to Skye for a week. The holiday centre is run by very helpful staff and the local people are very welcoming too. The swimming pool is great together with the pool table. We didnt try the cycle hire, but the bikes did look good.
A good welcome pack awaited us together with a nature pack including bonoculars and guides on flora and fauna, trees and birds to spot, not forgetting the map.
Only disapointment was lack on internet connection from the cottage and service in social area is slow and only possible for one connection at a time.
Midges are a pain, if you stop walking, but nothing like a knat bite. Highly recommended and would return. -

I can only describe our stay as excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lodge was clean and well equipped. There was a welcome booklet about the workings of the lodge which included suggestions about local shops, takeaways and garages. We ordered a welcome pack which I would recommend to others, as we arrived in the evening and didn't have to worry about basics. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, although basic it didn't bother them.
Glen affric is truly beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. Drumnadrochit, Beauly and Inverness are close enough to explore further if you wish.
We chose Tomich as we wanted to escape from the hustle and bustle but we also wanted enough to keep the kids happy. We were not disappointed. There was no noise to be heard apart from the wildlife, and the odd smoke alarm at breakfast time!Response from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 08/20/2012

i stayed in mallard lodge and it was all set up well with all that was needed,
but needed more time spent on miner things,
like bulbs the main light in hall flashed so could not be put on the out side light did not work at all a socket didnt work in the main room,
there was no net on the frount door so had to walk from bedroom in a towel to bath past a window all could see in,also no blind in down stairs bathroom yet was one upstairs,so your body shap could be seen to all lucky the glass there was not clear, the toilet brush was dirty for £3 at start of season this can be replaced each time and be new, there was a clump of hair not sure if dog or human in the kitchen area and also 2 or 3 on wall and in bath area this was not good and although it was very clean otherwise when me and my dad thats 2 men left we left it cleaner than it was for us so thats bit bad,
it was a good area and im sure if i asked the bulbs would be replaced and so on but its not place to ask,
it didnt spoil my holiday and i would stay there again,
but for the cost maybe they can be given a look and paint over at start of season,

We arrived and were made very welcome by Christina who explained all we needed to know and assured us that she and other staff were always on hand with any queries. Great accommodation - as we were expecting it to be slightly shabby given that we had booked for our dogs to come too! We were delighted with the accommodation and the great walks and scenery - Glen affric is truly stunning! Excellent and spotless facilities too with the indoor pool, table tennis and pool table. We all enjoyed dining out at The Steading, The Slaters arms and Tomich Hotel. Also had a great time out on the Loch Ness Rib boat - what a way to see the many sights in and around the loch.
The walks around the area are superb for all abilities and our dogs had a ball! Particularly enjoyed Plodda Falls and Dog Falls walks.
We all had a lovely, peaceful break and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to friends/family.

Thank you for taking the time to review the accommodation at Tomich Holidays. We do appreciate that during the high season the games room is 'messy' looking but we are in every day tidying around after guests. It gets a lot of use by youngsters, who may not appreciate the need to clear up after themselves, which is why it is not decorated to the high standard throughout the rest of the accommodation. Thank you once again.

Just back from our first holiday to Tomich Holidays (two wooden lodges). Throughly enjoyed the week, with the Scottish summer being particularly gentle with us (well compared to other ares!). Beautiful area with fantastic walks. Tomich Hotel was lovely, very friendly and good food. Lack of mobile signal was both pleasant (peace and quiet) and frustrating (letting family we were still alive!). Wireless very sporadic but that was made obvious by the management. Only negative, or maybe just an observation - disappointing and a little surprising to only have bed linen for the number of guests (i.e. double bed and one single for our family of 3) seems obvious but when my husband was obviously enjoying his sleep, there was no option of me getting a nights sleep in another bed!!! Also was dissapointed not to even have some soap in the two bathrooms. We didn't do a big shop on the way up and when we arrived and needed the little girls room I couldn't even wash my hands!!! Lots of washing up liquid and washing powder but no soap, which would have been very very welcome ( I did leave both the pump dispenser bottles I bought which I hope the management left to benefit the next residents!). Pool was lovely and although the cottages were all occupied it was very quiet anytime we went which was great since there were 8 of us in our group.

The location is quite remote with great views and opportunities to spot wildlife. We stayed in Fishermans Cottage in the courtyard of the farm for 1 week with our 2 children. The cottage itself was huge with every amenity we needed including 2 bathrooms, the glass frontage of the cottage enabled our children to play independantly and safely without a parent watching there every move. The childrens playground was a great hit, however, the games room was more for older kids 10+. The swimming pool was clean and warm and had a card entry system ensuring residents only had access. Everyone at Tomick was very friendly and very helpful and we can't wait to return.

Very peaceful and quite. Swimming pool and children's area is good to relax after a long trek.
Since the shops nearby close early, I suggest they ask the holidayer if they would want certain basic items stocked in their kitchen when they reach and can charge for it additionally.Response from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 06/21/2012

Very nice accomodation at a splendid location to discover the central part of the highlands.
Only remark we had was that the material of the playing area (table tennis,...) needs an update. Also the wifi was unavalable most of the time.
But the final conclusion remains: we enjoyed a superb holiday!Response from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 08/18/2011

Hi Wim, Thank you for your comments. We apologise for the state of the table tennis area. We had a spate of the balls being deliberately broken on a daily basis, which unfortunately co-incided with your visit. Not only that the wi-fi router had been accidentally re-set to its factory settings, losing all the password information needed for you to connect. All is now up and running and hopefully if you decide to visit again the games room will be more operational. Apologies once again Gina

The greeting on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The chalet was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location of Tomich is excellent for walking and plenty of other outdoor activities. The swimming pool is a real bonus after a good day walking, Followed by a good meal and pint at the Tomich Hotel, which is less then 5 minutes walk from the chalets.
It is very difficult to personally find fault with anything, but one minor criticism is the double bedroom upstairs does not have a window that can be opened only patio doors the room became very stuffy and hot at night,as we stayed in august and at the height of the midgie season it was not possible to leave the door ajar without being eaten alive. Some form of mosquito net or shutters over the door might be beneficialResponse from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 08/16/2011

After a 10 hour drive from the Midlands we were very happy when we got to Tomich. 5 of us stayed in one of the wooden chalets. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Sights are both near and far. Excellent for walkers and fishing. Also as 2 of us are keep mountain bikers we were also well entertained with places to bike and trail centres very close. The farm also had a bike store and wash which we made use of. Recommend highly and excellent value for money

The house what was an agricultural complex is in a secret valley (glen) in a very quiet and beautiful location. Renewed completly into a very high standard for maximal comfort (feel like your home). I was in the main building not in the chalet. It is also include a swimming pool and a play room. The staff are very friendly however they are just availably partially ( but in case of a need a phone number was given ).
You can feel well separated from other guests even in a fully booked situation.
The only inconvenience is that neider of mobile nor internet access is available.
Latter has sometimes a weak signal in the play room.
It is a perfect location for a longer vacation and a good start to make local and further trips. I highly recommend to visit Loch affrick area nearby.
So summarizing: The price for this service is really affordable.Response from Tomich Holidays Self Catering in Scotland - 08/01/2011

We have been visiting Tomich for almost 20 years now - mostly with Tomich Holidays. It never lets us down. We have been there in rain, snow and sun. Minus 15 to plus 25, and it is allways amazing. If you want night clubs and wild nights out, this isn't for you. If its peace, tranquility and some of the best scenery, hill walking and mountain biking on the planet, you have to go to Tomich at least once in your life.

Left on 06/01/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We stayed for one week in the Clock Cottage in the courtyard. Prior to arrival we were sent detailed directions as well as information on facilities, extras that could be arranged etc. Soon after arriving and unloading the car Christina arrived to check that all was ok and if we needed anything, the service was friendly and excellent throughout. The cottages are located in Tomich, a very small village with one pub/hotel (Tomich Hotel - very good for food) and a post office, if you are looking to get away from it all I can't think of anywhere better. The scenery round and about is amazing, Glen affric is just a short trip down the road and is a must. No phone signal which again was a plus point for us! The accommodation was spacious and very clean, shower was powerful and nice and hot. Washer/drier also came in very useful with our 14 month-old. The accommodation is part of a working farm and the young one loved watching the sheep and the tractors. The swimming pool facilities were excellent as well, there are also playground facilities on site which we didn't make use of as ours is too young at the moment. Also able to recycle most of our waste, there is an emphasis on green issues here which we appreciated. Overall we had a fantastic week here - even though the weather was poor for most of the week it didn't spoil it at all, great accomodation and very good value.

Christina welcomed us shortly after our arrival to check all was OK. We'd found the property easily with the good directions we'd been sent. The cottage was just great - only two of us staying in a four bedded cottage but when two other friends arrived to join us for two nights, there was still plenty of room. The kitchen was very well stocked, the dishwasher very welcome! The beds were very comfortable and the shower great! My only complaint was that a pheasant seemed to like using our bedroom window sill at around 0430hrs as a launch pad! Made for a good, albeit early alarm! We walked in the mountains on 5 of the 6 full days we were there and were blessed with amazing weather. Fantastic views - even to Ben Nevis. Looking forward to finding an excuse to return - still a few hills to do!!

Tomich is a quiet village with only one pub and the nearest shop is in nearby Cannich. But for those who want a quite relaxing holiday it is the perfect location to be based to explore the stunning local scenery.

We had four chalets. There was no problem with any of them; clean & ordered. There was 22 of us and the young kids had the whale of a time in the pool, play area and in the chalet area. We had walks at Plodda, eat at the pub etc. We have been 7 or 8 times over the decades with various people and there hasn't been any criticism that I can remember. One thing I would say is that the exterior of the chalets are looking a bit tired; they could do with being spruced up with a lick of paint/stain. The steps to Snipe were definitely worn down.

We booked this holiday last minute wanting to have a short get away from it all break and couldn't have picked a better place. The weather was cold and wet and it snowed! but we still had such a good time we've already booked two weeks for next summer. We have two children, aged 11 and 8 who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and games room as well as all the local nature. We had a couple of super bike rides, seeing a crossbill on one, and wonderful walks because the scenery is simply stunning. We were made to feel very welcome and assured that any help was just a phone call away, however as the chalet was so well equipt it wasn't necessary. With the use of the pool and games room I consider this holiday to be great value for money. We haven't booked a fortnight holiday for 9 years but know that this will meet everyones needs and are all really looking forward to it. Our favourite places to eat were the Loch Ness Inn, as recommended and the Croc Hotel in Struy. Oh and of course our daughter is sure she caught a glimpse of something in the water at Loch Ness!!

This has to be the best location for a holiday in all of Europe. It is a place to unwind and take in the nature that is all around you - waterfalls, mountains, forests, trails, birds and much much more. The chalets are clean, well equiped, not 'posh' but down to earth and that is all we need really. A wonderful setting with plenty to do and an added bonus of a swimming pool, play area and a local hotel that serves lovely meals - and you can take your dog as well. This was our fourth visit and we will be back.

We had a lovely holiday. Made good use of the indoor pool. The chalet was clean and warm and comfortable. The location is great for walking and mountain biking, but our children are a little too young for that yet so realistically I think we'll wait a few years before coming back. There are still low-level woodland walks which are suitable for younger children, and a stunning waterfall close by and a great cafe in a nearby campsite (with home-made cakes) so enough to enjoy even with toddlers!

It had been some 10 years since we last stayed with Tomich Holidays and we were actually delighted to see that very little had changed. Other than a few cosmetic changes, the chalets were very much the same - comfortable, well-equipped and offering exceedingly good value for money.
We are quite set in our ways in terms of location when visiting the Highlands and we find Tomich a great base for exploring both east and west coasts. The location oozes peace, quiet and friendliness.
Locally, Glen Affric is excellent for wildlife, walks both short and long and is very picturesque. Loch Mullardoch is more barren but still very beautiful. Walks up the hill to the Guisachan forest offer rewarding views and (in our case) adventure. We found the RSPB reserve at Corrimony a little disappointing. If you must, Inverness seems to have many high street stores - we only drove through.
Amenities-wise, use Inverness for a 'main' shop; the local shop in Cannich is not the cheapest but good for emergencies. Nearest fuel is in Beauly and was reasonably priced. Tomich Hotel = excellent for last night whisky.
What did we like the best? What's not to like about Scottish scenery, wildlife and weather? During the course of our week-long stay we got sunburned on day one, hail on day two, snow on day three and more sun after that. We saw amazing landscapes, whales, ospreys, shrews, cuckoos, deer and of course, chaffinches..!
Least? The fact we didn't stay for longer.
Special mention to Donny who, on the Monday morning, was on-hand with jump leads to get the car going - gold star :-) -

Tomich Holidays is a fine place to use as a centre for hill-walking, with many, many walks of all kinds nearby. The chalet was well-equipped (with a few minor items missing, such as a handle for the grill pan) and the swimming pool was a real boon after a hard day's walking.
Proximity to the Tomich Hotel is another major plus.
The instructions for reaching the estate and the reception committee were both excellent. -

We received a friendly welcome and good service throughout the week.
The cottage was comfortable and well equipped; bed nice and firm, plenty of
hot water and enjoyed the balconies.
The location amongst birch woodland was a pleasure and the use of the
swimming pool (always clean and tidy) a real bonus.
The best aspects of my stay were the peaceful location and the swimming
pool. Only a few minor niggles were experienced, e.g. the lock on the upstairs
toilet door was difficult, some light bulbs were malfunctioning and a saucepan
handle broke. The light bulbs and pan were promptly replaced. -

After a long drive it was lovely to arrive to a warm house, with all that we required. The standard of accommodation is good, and we had a lovely warm welcome from the owners. The location is beautiful, even if more remote than we expected.
The children loved the pool, but we felt that the kids play area and games room could do with a bit of TLC. A bonus in the chilly evenings was the fact that heating was included in the price.
We did quite a bit of sight-seeing and loved Urqhuart Castle, Cawdor & Inverness Riverside Walkway . Historic Scotland and National Trust Membership are recommended for this area, as there are so many great places to visit in the area, which could end up a little expensive otherwise.
The kids favourite was the Highland Wildlife Park. Black Isle Wildlife Park is a bit overpriced for what it is, and could do with a bit of upgrading, but enjoyable nonetheless.
With two young children we didn't eat out in the evening, but a lunchtime favourite was the Classroom in Nairn. -

Having booked this holiday easily on line, we drove through amazing countryside and found the cabins no bother. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location wise, it could not have been better - close to Glen Affric for mountain biking, lovely long walks from the cabin for the dogs, hill walking if you want it and a swimming pool too! The verandah was ideal for sitting out with a glass of wine on at the end of the day as there are very few midges around just now! Tomich hotel is quite nice if somewhat pricey for the food, but the scenery is the main attraction as it's absolutely stunning, and we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful spot near Glen Affric, idyllic and although Cannich along the road is very nice, Tomich raises the bar and is closer to Glen Affric with little or no through traffic.
Set within a working farm in stone built apartments ideal for a relaxing break and loads to do for old and young alike.
Plodda Falls along the road should be more widely known, awesome waterfall.

To some up our long weekend away at Tomich Holidays....Amazing!! I have been coming to Tomich ever since I was 8 years old and I am now 32. I have many happy memories there and am now coming back with my own family. We have stayed in most of the chalets, the dairy and one of the courtyard cottages. All are immaculate. Personally, we prefer to stay in the chalets as there is a vestibule at the back where we can safely leave our two Border terrier dogs if we go out somewhere without them. My sister came up with us recently and her family stayed in one of the cottages. These are newer and finished to a higher spec. They also have the advantage of a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The swimming pool is free and heated. On our recent holiday our son even took of his swim belt and swam unaided for the very first time! Another happy memory courtesy of Tomich Holidays. The Tomich Hotel is a 5 minute walk away and does lovely food. Great to walk down to and enjoy a drink or two.
You will love it in Tomich. There is always plenty to do and Tomich Holidays provides a perfect base to explore from. Hope you enjoy it asmuch as we did. -

We were welcomed by Donnie, who very quickly found us a potato peeler (hadn't seen the one that was already in the drawer!) A bulb needed to be replaced, this was done within minutes of bumping into Donnie on the way to the swimming pool.
The children loved the games room (with Videos to borrow) and swings and we all enjoyed several visits to the swimming pool.

We picked the right week to stay at a chalet at Tomich holidays. The weather could not have been better. The place is lovely, the facilities are well looked after, we didn't have any problems with anything. The chalet was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was warm and great for the children. The pool table in the games room was free. There are lots of woodland walks to do within easy reach, and it was fun visiting Loch Ness. We had a boat trip, went to the nessie exhibition and visited the castle. Tomich is a very peaceful place with great facilities for families. Even though it was fully booked when we were there it wasn't at all crowded. It is perfect for a relaxing break. The only thing I can think of that could possibly improve the place would be to have a dishwasher in the chalet

We stayed in the Dairy. Our reception was excellent and we were well provided for in a cottage where most things were fine. The actual accommodation was comfortable although the living area was dark. The shower did not work well and the bathroom needed some TLC. Outside the terrace was uncared for - not that the weather allowed us to use it much - and there were issues concerning potential safety for children with rusty barbeque equipment. We were impressed by the swimming pool area and the indoor recreation area. The complex was well positioned for visiting a number of tourist attractions and there were excellent walks in the area, as well as some good restaurants not too distant. Yet it was very quiet and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. Shame you are so far away from our home - 520 miles is a long haul for a week and we were glad we'd opportunity for an overnight stop on each journey.

Once again Donny, Joyce and the Staff made our stay comfortable and most welcoming. The weather this year was particularly seasonal, and whilst cold, every endeavour was made to keep the walkways and access open during difficult circumstances. It was encouraging to see mine host at the local hostelry found sense at long last by remaining open during the period, something which has been piecemeal since his occupancy. Come back the previous couple !!
The barn open during Hogmany brought everyone together again, better than last year, but no match to Tomich 2000............with the exception of the DJ my mate Jim.
Keep up the good work folks, and whilst marketing is essential in business today, let's keep it special, and our wee bit of the glorious Scottish Highlands.

The accommodation is very good indeed. Plenty of room, well equipped. The only shortfall was a second bathroom/toilet. As there were 4 of us staying in each cottage, after a hard day on the hills when all of us were tired and soaked, having to queue up for a bath/shower for ages was a pain. The thing is, there is loads of room downstairs to shove in another one (at the back of the stairs)
Other than this, it would be difficult to fault the place. Strangely enough, the publicity does not even mention the excellent pub in the village which we went to every night for food and beer. The nearby hills are fantastic and we did some nice runs in the locale as well(up to the monument and down to the ruinous old house) We all had a great time and would go there again without doubt. -

The cottage that we stayed in was lovely and had all of the amenities that you would want. The swimming pool and games room were really nice and the surrounding area had some great cycling and walking areas. It was great that you could hire a bike directly from the site. Donny and his wife looked after us really well and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Car parking was really good, and it was useful that we could get close up to the cottage as we had two disabled people with us. We had a fab time, and found that the location was within easy reach of Dolphin watching on the East Coast as well as Skye etc on the West. Would definitely recommend it and will be booking again.

On arrival at the Dairy was made very welcome by our hosts who were extremely informative about the local area and amenities and what was going on in the locality.
Dairy is very homely and comfortable and has all mod cons and is situated in a beautiful setting with lots of wildlife on your doorstep.
Enjoyed the quietness and the beauty of the area and the friendliness of the locals.
Least enjoyable part.....coming home!!!!!
Would recommend this holiday highly to everyone.

We have visited Tomich each July since 2004 because it caters for the entire family plus our dog.Everyone is very welcoming, even more so now because they have come to know us over the years. The accomodation is clean and has plenty of space and character and the area is just lovely. We can simply chill out by resting, walking and enjoying the scenery or have wild adventures with archery, pony trekking, mountain biking and whatever else happens to be available nearby. There is such peace (no mobile phone reception although there is a payphone)) and so many choices although you do need transport into nearby towns. We find we can structure our stay around town visits for supplies and the rest of the time, just doing what we like. Our children love the pool and other activities like pool and table tennis and they can have the freedom to roam. Glen Affric and Glen Cannich nearby are out of this world - the scenery is magnificent and yet so different in each place. We're still hoping for an eagle sighting though we have seen many other birds of prey and little pinemartens and red squirrels. We always pay a visit to Urquhart Castle (its cafe and gift shop are well worth a visit too!) and sometimes the Nessie Exhibitions in Drumnadrochit. We have booked for 2010, a chalet again this year although in the past we have had the Dairy too. Everything is supplied and if we need anything we just call or speak to the staff, and it all gets attended to. We love Tomich and generally book the following year's holiday soon after we get back home - gives us something to look forward to in the dark winter months!!

We love holidaying at Tomich. The service is brilliant! Everyone is so friendly. We love the peace and quiet and the fact that we can take our dog. The surrounding area is beautiful and we love just walking around. The cottages are lovely inside, very clean and well kept. And even although it is a few miles to the nearest shop you are not isolated. There is a hotel in the village which does lovely food. The pool and games room is ideal for the kids and if you want to visit the city of Inverness it's only a short drive away. We have been visiting Tomich for several years now, sometimes three times a year and we never tire of area.

The Cottages are set in the most beautiful and tranquil setting, lovely walks from the door. Ours was equipped to a very high standard, warm and comfortable . Great welcome from Donnie and Joyce. So good to have the use of a pool. Good too to have the recycling facilities. We come back year after year and look forward to our next stay. Our little dog feels welcome too. What more can I say ? For us Tomich is just perfection. Setting , Staff facilities -everything !
