All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We have just returned from this gorgeous Cottage which was first class, it was well equipped with everything you could think of along with a welcome pack to start you off. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The owners live just up from the Cottage and came down to greet us and show us around, they make you very welcome. The Hot Tub was a bonus and was used every day, there were dressing gowns and towels provided too. There are some lovely walks with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Linda also invited us up to see their working farm which was very interesting. We will definitely return next year with an extra member to our family due in Oct.

The service from the owners was first class and very friendly. The cottage has every thing you need with an added extra of the hot tub which was very nice and enjoyable.
Great location for all local towns and cities with fantastic views.
Very quiet and peaceful holiday home. -

We had a great welcome from the owners and the welcome pack was fantastic. Hot tub was an added extra for us. Well equipped in the kitchen. My husband loved sitting in the chair by the sitting room window bird watching. Loved the walks around the cottage. Wifi worked well. The wood burning stove added to the experience and we will definately be back.

Very well equipped and warm bungalow with a welcome visit from the owner to explain how things work, including the hot tub. Eggs, bread, wine and cake on arrival. The large hot tub had warm water all the week, well used by the family, dressing gowns supplied. Great location with lots of birds in the garden.Several short walks from the door, strong shoes needed. Plenty of attractions in easy driving distance. Nearest shop is 6 miles away for basics. Large Tesco in Lockerbie for wider choice and other supermarkets in nearby towns. Petrol station in Lockerbie was closed when we went there so made sure we filled up when we saw petrol.
Tumble drier supplied as well as washing machine, very useful. -

we found this cottage online with sykes cottages, this place is amazing, the cottage has only recently been built from a old farm building, the veiw from the livingroom window is fantastic , the owners have thought of everything and even had wine eggs chocky biscuits and loads more for us on arrival. the hot tub is huge and indoors in the summerhouse added bonus when weather is bad,. the only 1 problem is they fill the hot tub with cold water so its not ready to use untill the second day of youre stay, i think they are looking into this , well hope they are as we will be going back. the cottage still has only a few bookings but i can tell you once people find this gem it will be booked all year round .
