Once again, our company rented several cabins for our yearly retreat. Several of us stayed in Big Skye Lodge and others were in chalets or Hawks Peak. We were all impressed with the cleanliness, courtesy of office, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, and the thought to every detail of our visit. We have already booked our reservations to return next year! There were no negatives to our visit, everything was excellent!

Big Sky Lodge is even better than advertised! The drive up the knoll to its gorgeous, hilltop location is inspiring. The lodge itself is five star - huge, clean, everything you'll need and with furnishings like Jackson Hole! The hot tub was scrupulously clean. The front porch with swing was a nice touch too. Even the towels were thick and thirsty! We loved sitting in front of the fire, playing games and sinking into the leather sectional to watch a DVD. The WiFi worked, too, which often it doesn't in rentals and in a hilly location. I'd definitely recommend this rental, and the people at Old Man's Cave Chalets office were helpful too.

This house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub areas. It was like heaven on a mountain; the view and peacefulness made for the perfect vacation. We want to come back right away!!!

The lodge and cabin near each other was a great location to get together with friends. We plan on making this a yearly vacation and possibly extending the time. The pool was great for the days we were there.
The only bad thing was we ran out of toilet paper. -

Especially appreciated the second refrig., more cookware and bowls,two coffee pots, and extra dish towels!!..we will be back in AUG....P.S. You need to change info regarding the grill....it still states charcoal ..and we brought 2 bags when if fact there is a new gas grill!!!

When I arrived to pick up the keys to the chalet, it was a quick and easy process. The staff was friendly and gave good information about how to find the chalet and how to get around the area. When we arrived, the chalet was clean and orderly and very comfortable right off the hop. The two fridges came in handy. The large table fit everyone in our group; the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds and bathroom attached; the adults loved that there was a TV in the kids room so that mornings were not so early for the adults. The hot tub was fun and the view was spectacular - I can only imagine what it would be like in the middle of summer with the leaves on the trees and the pool open. The caves that we hiked were not far and it made for a nice afternoon getaway with a nice warm hot tube to rest our tired bodies. The clean up at the end of stay was easy and we were allowed to leave the keys in the chalet on our departure.
We hope to visit Big Sky again for a longer duration and we have told a lot of people to visit the area but about the cottage that we stayed at. I would recommend Old Man's Cave Chalets to everyone. -

I stayed in Big Sky Lodge with a group of people for a weekend in March.
From the very beginning, it was a perfect experience. The staff at check were
courteous and helpful. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful. It is new, very
nicely decorated, very clean. The scenery is stunning. There is a big screen TV
and a fireplace. The hot tub was large and very clean. I would highly, highly
recommend staying here for a group of people. -

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything was 5 star from the Lodge itself to all the furnishings inside. The location was beautiful and the scene from the Hot Tub was breathtaking. We decided to stay an extra day, when calling the office everyone there was more than gracious in our request. I can't say enough about how fantastic our weekend was.

We had a lovely stay at Fireside Lodge, not Big Sky. We thought the home was
roomy and had a lot of amenities. We liked having the two levels for tv
viewing and spreading out...We loved the hot tub, the temperature was just
right. What we did not like, the place had too many stairs. It is NOT a good
choice for someone who is elderly or has any kind of mobility problems. We
loved having two refrigerators and coffee makers in the kitchen. Very useful
with our large group but that small single oven was really restrictive when
cooking for a large group. There was not a functioning can opener, cork
screw or any paper towels. I think these things should be provided. We also
thought the towels were "skimpy" and thin. Overall, we'd give Fireside Lodge a
B grade. Thanks again...
