From the moment you enter, you'll realize that you've found your dreamscape. Beautiful, tranquil music playing in the background (feel free to take the CD home with you), luxurious amenities all around you, a soothing, private hot tub overlooking the forest and a bottle of champagne chilling next to the flick-of-a-switch gas fireplace. Oh yes, you have arrived! And we promise you'll wish you never had to leave.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. I was so pleased to find the cabin to be exactly what the pictures portray! The bedding is magnificent and we loved the special little touches around the cabin. I could've stayed on the couch, snuggled in the wonderful blanket in front of that fire place the whole weekend!
We hiked ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Old Mans Cave and Rock House. The location of the cabin was great for getting around. We had the most amazing dinners at The Inn at Cedar Falls and The Grouse Nest! We can't wait to come back again! Thank you Leona!Response from Leona Doughty - 04/19/2013

My husband and I stayed at this cabin for 6 nights for our 10 year anniversary. The cabin was great and the location is beautiful! We went to Old Man's Cave, Rock House, Ash Cave, and Cedar Falls...all very close to the cabin and so beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We plan to visit the area again in the summer, as well as our next anniversary. This cabin is nice for couples to get away and relax.

My husband and I spent the Christmas holiday at Dreamscape Hideaway, and it was absolutely divine in every possible way. Everything is top-of-the-line (leaving those down comforters behind was really difficult for both of us!). Leona has created a truly singular, high-end experience for her guests. We were greeted by soothing music and chilled champagne upon our arrival. After settling in, we soaked in the hot tub and watched the snow fall into the woods behind the cabin. Everything about this cabin is just flawlessly executed--from the high-end expresso maker in the kitchen to the beautifully tasteful decor throughout the cabin. We felt instantly at home and joked that we never wanted to leave! I have been longing to revisit the cabin since our departure! Cannot wait until our next stay at Dreamscape Hideaway!

I brought my best friend here for a 50th birthday surprise getaway! We had a fantastic time relaxing, getting in hot tub and watching movies. She was very surprised! Walking into the cabin I was immediately pleased. The pictures are all spot on. The place was immaculate. soft music was playing when we arrived, however we didn't get the promised "chilled champagne on arrival" :( We both loved our quick trip and would absolutely go back to this cabin in the future. Thank you Leona for such a wonderful cabin experience in Hocking Hills!

The night before our arrival I ended up in the hospital with a heart issue. Got out on Monday which was supposed to be our arrival date. In the midst of one of the worst rainfalls I have ever seen we got to the cabin after 11:00pm. The light was on so I saw it from the road and recognized it from the pictures.Honestly now! As we pulled into the driveway the rain began to stop and the thunder was now in the distance. We quickly move our stuff inside and immediately felt at home. Took a few minutes to familiarize ourselves with the place and began to relax. The balcony overlooks a beautiful ravine full of berries that attracted the birds the entire day. Everything was there to make this your home away from home. If I may suggest--- Spend more than just a few days. An entire week would be so much better. That way you can enjoy everything this retreat has to offer. Eating breakfast and supper out on the back porch and watching the wildlife was so relaxing as well as the hot tub. Finally early on the second day a deer came up out of the forest to feast on some tender leafs. So quite was this hideaway that I cannot remember hearing one single car pass by. Great views and very very easy to get to all the different hiking trails and a very short drive to get supplies at the local Walmart. Leona was wonderful to deal with and kept in contact as the arrival date came near. I have stayed at other cabins but this by far takes the cake. Leona ... you hit this one out of the park. Extremely Highly recommended. Will stay again with no hesitation at all. Don't gamble on any others. This is the place you want to be.

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary (it was a gift from a dear friend/boss) and were delighted with every aspect of Dreamscape! Everything about Dreamscape was quality- the comfort of the beds, the beautifully set table, the attention to all the details that gave it a spa like feel. The hot tub and swing on the back porch were very relaxing, with a great view of the night sky. Leona was very helpful with our special requests. We look forward to going back again.

Beautiful scenery, awesome cabin, most comfortable bed!
The owners really go out of their way to accomadate. Not one stone left unturned. We only got to stay for 2 nights but it was great. We have 4 kids and this was just a short getaway for the 2 of us. It was perfect, quiet and relaxing. Made dinner, sat on the comfortable couch and watched movies. And I mean good movies! They had over 100 movies to choose. I've never stayed anywhere else that felt anymore like home. Then to the Hottub! Wow! And the best nights rests in the most comfortable bed. Great stay and will be back in the future. -

Clean, well-appointed, very comfortable, and the view of the moon from the hot tub at night is simply spectacular. Rarely do we encounter something that exceeds our expectations, but Dreamscape Hideaway did exactly that!

We spent our anniversary weekend at the cabin. It was truly a wonderful experience. The cabin was beautiful. We have stayed in Hocking Hills alot...but this was by far the best place we have stayed. The champaign and chocolates was a very nice touch. We can't wait to visit again!

Everything was perfect! I only wish we didn't have to leave. This was not roughing it. It was first class all the way. The hot tub was great on a chilly night. We loved the nice touches that Leona provides. I'm even thinking of trying to find the sheets for my own house. We will be back... next time without the kids.

Four sisters planned a weekend getaway and could not have been more pleased to have landed on the doorsteps of Dreamscape Hideaway! What a fantastic way to pamper ourselves - from the champagne on arrival to the luxurous linens, and amenities too numerous to mention. We even enjoyed the rain in the hottub on the covered deck. We treated ourselves to in-cabin massages by Holly and Heidi from Natural Remedies. Our only regret was leaving the complimentary music CD behind :( I would recommend this cabin and it's location to anyone looking for pure enjoyment of Hocking Hills and rest and relaxation!

My children purchased a weekend for my 50th wedding anniversary. My husband & I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular. My husband enjoyed how quiet it was & loved the beautiful sounds of nature around him. The anemities were very nice, coffee, tea, comfortable beds, and lovely smelling lotions for me to take home with me to remind me of my stay. I will definitely stay again, and I recommended Dreamscape to all of our friends.

Everything about the stay was awesome! I enjoyed all the ammentaties, and the warm, inviting feeling from the moment my Husband and I walked in. The only thing we would have liked to have was cable tv...Although, the owner of the cabin had a variety of DvD's and games. Overall the stay was awesome!
