Loiza is situated just east of the San Juan airport (SJU). As such, it is ideally located between the attractions offered in the northern and eastern regions of the island, allowing for a short drive to many activities. Top spots: Historic Old San Juan district, Bacardi Rum factory tour, Arecibo Observatory in Arecibo, Guajataca State Forest and Lake in Isabela, Rio Camuy Caves in Camuy, Condado Beach in San Juan, Isla Verde beach strip with many hotels and casinos, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Natural Reserve of Mosquito in Vieques, Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve and El Faro in Fajardo. In addition, the island features many diving spots, hiking, bike trails, natural attractions, historical sites, golf and tennis and casual and fine dining. All of my visits here are consistently fantastic, and just getting home from our fourth group trip I can say that they keep getting even better. I love looking forward to my favorites things (water slide, hearing the coquís) and enjoying fresh aspects, like the new canopy on the private rooftop.
What I really love about this place is that it's the perfect combination of vacation elements and location, location, location! You can get away from everything yet still be close to the airport and modern grocery stores; just stare at the sunny ocean for hours and then turn around and use the Internet and large screen televisions; swim in countless pools, walk in a rainforest, tour a historic fort, and buy designer clothes all in the same day. And the fact that this place is so large, clean, safe, and hassle-free makes it the perfect spot for our whole group to call "home".

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has many amenities and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor patio. Aquatika is beautiful, and we would definitely recommend this as a vacation choice.
