Beautiful Beach apartment recently built. Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel stove, refrigerator and microwave, dining and living area, huge balcony to relax or entertain, plus washer and dryer in the laundry room. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning.
Community facilities include 2 swimming pools, one kids pool, kid's playground, direct beach access, gazebo, basketball court, gym, 2 private parking lots, security gate 24 hours and much more. The apartment can be rent with only 1 bedroom to a party of 2, for a lower rate.

This location was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and enjoyable. The apartment was just perfect for my family of 7. The kids loved the park and of course the beach!!! The owner was very helpful with instructions. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful vacation!!!

Spent six glorious days at this location with my son and his wife, rooms were comfortable, fully equipped and the service provided us by the owner, Debbie, was outstanding. I was shuffled through various airports and this graceful lady was kind enough to meet my son at the airport and give us the keys. Its quiet, private and peaceful. Although the property its off the main road (Rte 3) it is close enough to two malls which came in very handy for groceries and other items. Loved it so much I may make this my yearly private getaway...Thank you Debbie, for your kindness.

We arrived after midnight and Debbie met us at the car rental place. She explained the apartment and even took the time to create a map so we did not get lost on the way there. The apartment was spotless and pretty roomy. There was an aC in every room. The balcony was a decent size and were we spent most of our evenings playing dominoes. The location is a little far out and you will need to rent a car to get around. There is a walmart about 15-20 minutes away and where we did most of our shopping. The grounds are very well maintained. It was a wonderful vacation and I am already planning another trip for next year at this apartment. Thanks Debbie!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. It is a wonderful, beachfront location. The condo is very clean but could use a DVD player, instead of VHS player. The pool and playground areas are very kid friendly. There are very nice and clean restrooms, by the pool area. There are also two showers for hosing off the beach sand, close to the pool and beach gate areas. Buy groceries in San Juan and take them with you. The kitchen is cozy but nice. The washer and dryer are great! There aren't too many things to do, locally, but we didn't care. We were there for the beach and it's perfect. Locals rode by us on their horses, while we were sitting on the beach. Truly paradise. The sand is soft and the water isn't too rough (better than Ocean Park beach). It's about a 30 drive back to San Juan, depending on traffic. When driving through Loiza on Sat or Sun, be prepared for very slow traffic due to the beach/bar crowds. Horses and bicycles will block entire lanes...be patient! Working with Debbie to secure the rental was very easy. She was so accommodating and met me in San Juan, to drop off the keys. If you want a true beach vacation and want to maximize your money, stay here. It's hidden and remote but worth the drive. We didn't feel in danger here. You have to use the gate key to gain access to the beach and the entire complex is gated, with a security guard at the main gate. We only rented the one bedroom and it was perfect for us. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower.
