Situated in an idyllic setting amongst rice paddy and having a wonderful view of the hills of the Gunung Rinjani National Park, Bale Solah is luxurious and spacious neo-colonial villa with its own swimming pool.

Layout

Inside the villa has a living area of 140 m2. Outside there is an additional 80 m2 of covered veranda on which you can relax and get that lazy tropical feeling. There is an attractive living room. There are three bedrooms all of which are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.

Bale Solah lies on the edge of... the village of Sandik-Tattoo. It’s about a 1 hour drive from the airport ,1 ½ km from the beach and the Senggigi tourist strip which is only 10 minutes away by car.

Situated in an idyllic setting amongst rice paddy and having a wonderful view of the hills of the Gunung Rinjani National Park, Bale Solah is luxurious and spacious neo-colonial villa with its own swimming pool.
The staff-quarters are at the front of the villa, near the entrance. Enggy and Anissa, the villa’s permanent staff, live here with their small daughter. During your stay they will see to it that the villa and pool are kept clean. They also make the beds, do the washing up and take care of the garden. This means you can really enjoy a carefree holiday. Need a car and driver? Let us know and we’ll arrange it for you. It’s an optional extra in combination with the rental of the villa. The extra cost will be about € 25 (US $35) per day.

The rates shown are valid when you use 2 out of the three bedrooms. When there is only 1 bedroom in use these prices are € 100 lower per week and when all of the three bedrooms are in use the price will be € 100 higher per week.The down payment is 30% of the total rent.

  Het huis is een oase van rust en ligt prachtig tussen de rijstvelden in een dorp nabij Senggigi. Het biedt alle luxe; zoals een zwembad, chill-out bed, groot terras en fijne slaapkamers. Dagtrips op het eiland kunnen gemaakt worden met een auto en chauffeur of op de scooter. Het personeel op locatie kunnen je hierover adviseren.
  Wij hadden de hele week een scooter bij het huis staan en zijn een dag naar het prachtige strand van Kuta gereden en regelmatig naar Senggigi waar strand, winkels en goede restaurants te vinden zijn. Wij hebben er enorm genoten!
