We absolutely loved the London Chelsea area as it was extremely convenient for buses and the tube. We have been to London before and found this one of the nicest areas in the whole city. The apartment seems very safe and quiet. By having the apartment (rather than a hotel room) we saved a bundle on food as it is quite expensive in London. There are grocery stores, restaurants and pubs in the immediate area. It is also very convenient to head downtown to nearby shows, museums and other London attractions. The apartment itself was a little older and creaky but was quite comfortable and convenient for us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
