This space is beautiful. The penthouse apartment and smaller apartment that I
rented were amazing with beautiful views of the city.
The issues that arose during my stay were this-- when I made the reservation,
I was told that I could pick up the keys and drop off my bags. (I was traveling
with 13 other people.) It turned out that I was not issued keys until the
afternoon. The office where I picked up the keys was not onsite and that
morning, when I went to pick up the keys I was told that someone at the
property would let my group in. That never happened and we ended up
waiting outside until 2pm. Another issue was that there is no air and we slept
with the windows open which was fine except for the fact that the security
guard sat in the courtyard talking late into the night with other guests who
were smoking, even though this is a non-smoking property.
There is free laundry also which is a plus.
